“When having difficulty completing the purchase of an area rug, the chat line operator, Karla, was response and helpful. Even tho I was in and out of the conversation as I tried different suggestions, she stayed with me and there was no "lag" in our conversation. Very much appreciated!”

“I have purchased 4 rugs recently at various times. Each time I had s good experience. Once the rug sold out before my order could be filled and a representative called to say one had been returned and offered it to me. I accepted. He was very helpful. All rugs arrived timely and in good condition, The only improvement would be if tracking information were sent when the rugs are shipped.”
