“I am poised to place an order for a rug. I hesitated because I know that the friend I am buying it for would like it sooner rather than later. But there was no information on the website about method of delivery or time to delivery. So I called your 800 number. The woman I talked to was helpful but her system was down and she will call me back with the information that I need.”
