“I am in the process of selecting a rug for my living room. While it is easy to look @ rugs on line I find it very difficult to select something from a photo for such a large investment. I stumbled upon Rug Studio while researching and I was thrilled to find that they offer 18x18" samples!!!! Mine arrived today and I am having a lot of fun selecting one. Since I discovered Rug Studio I have had several Chat sessions with one of their reps, one lengthy phone call to their CSC and a few email exchanges. Their customer service team is top notch. I've already referred a friend who is an interior decorator to them. I would definitely consider buying from them and commend them for their excellent Customer Service.”
