Upon calling Rug Studio and speaking to Brittany, the problem was immediately acknowledged, the rug was promptly picked up, repaired and returned to us in perfect condition. Rug Studio provides excellent customer service! We would definitely purchase from them again. Brittany was fantastic through this entire process!”
