“Upstairs flat had a leak that came into my bedroom, damaged ceiling decoration , mattress, bed, bedding. Rang saga insurance number as I need them to liase with my neighbours insurance company to make a claim. Saga refused to even take my details, refused to help in any way, cut me off. Appalling. What is the point of my insurance ? I have no bed to sleep on. I will never renew with Saga again.”

“"Been on Saga holidays many times - tney seem OK on Europena long stay holidays in winter. “My advice is never insure with Saga 1 email to tell me to contact claims to discuss car being written off. Two weeks of leaving messages and emailing no body replies. My advice is to find another company............ SAGA is the worst i have ever delt with.”
