"Helpful when you report a claim, but different teams manage claim. We had four different companies visit us to make repairs on a water damage. Nearly 4 months on, still not fin, but will be soon."

Just come back from a river cruise, Roman vineyards of the Rhine and Moselle. We had a wonderful time, The Saga team were wonderful Charlie,Loraine,Bernie and Martin they kept us entertained and informed, and did a great job given that they had a very difficult group to deal with. Lovely ship, great food and good entainment and company,what more could you want ? Just one thing I could not understand why did we have to pay for rossa wine when the White and Red were included in the all inclusive? Shirley & Ron Davis 21st June to 1st July

"Recently had a problem using the online facility to make a change to the policy. Called the helpdesk and they were absolutely brilliant in resolving the issue in a really fast and friendly way. No idea why this Go.Compare insisted I review the food though - there wasn't any, it is car insurance. So I put average"

Bought shares in this company when they floated Had the maximum £1,600 as was cut back Started Ok, then taking my eye off the ball realized some the board had AMAZINGLY reduced my shares in a 1 for 15 my money vurtully disappeared Emailed the chairman told him hes a theif got reply from some lacky This is daylight robbery BUNCH OF T**ts

Just about everything. We went on a ‘small ship Croatia cruise, on a boat named Dalmatia. Various changes made the places visited and some took hours to reach but minutes to see! Cabins small and beds cramped. Bathroom wet as shower curtain too short. Sink and shower tsps auto change temperature up to scalding and down to really cold. Main deck cabins under dining room so noise resembled being under a bowling alley. Minimal food choice and quality to match. Staff friendly but overworked. Saga CEO written to but no response yet. Best tip, stay home or travel with another company.

I found Saga easy to communicate with and a lot cheaper than my existing home insurance supplier. The switch was remarkably easy. I would recommend trying Saga for your home insurance needs

I made a claim against my contents insurance for a Sony smart tv which was accidentally damaged. The tv cost £600 albeit 5 years ago and I was offered £23. Obviously I have decided not to go ahead with the claim. Won’t use them again and can’t wait for my policy to expire. Customer service was appalling
