“I waited 27 minutes for the phone to be answered. When it was finally answered I had to get my Husband (who is partially Deaf) to confirm it was ok for me to answer questions to get a Motorhome Quote. When I got back on the phone the operator said he hadn't completed the Data Protection Information so couldn't take me any further until he had spoken to my Husband again. It was extremely annoying as he was working up a Ladder. I had also got quotes from 3 other companies for a New Quote & not one of them had needed to speak to my Husband. 🤷♀️
I had tried to get a Quote on the Internet before phoning but couldn't get passed a certain question so it said I had to phone. Extremely Frustrated at waiting so long, unable to proceed on the Internet put the phone down. Extremely Annoyed at this moment in time 😡”
“"As per normal as soon as the insurance is up for renewal the price has gone up .\r\nAs all insurance are going to there cover up by 20% .\r\nAnd if you have a protective no claims that's what it should mean.\r\nNot start saying it's only covers part of your no claims.\r\nJust another way of trying to put profit before customer service."”

“Just come back from a river cruise, Roman vineyards of the Rhine and Moselle.
We had a wonderful time, The Saga team were wonderful Charlie,Loraine,Bernie and Martin they kept us entertained and informed, and did a great job given that they
had a very difficult group to deal with. Lovely ship, great food and good entainment and company,what more could you want ?
Just one thing I could not understand why did we have to pay for rossa wine when the White and Red were included in the all inclusive?
