“Marco Polo trip to Iceland 12th - 24th October 2019. Trip well organised, ship very clean crew amazing how hard the restaurant & cabin staff work. They were a pleasure to meet. VIP transport very good Tom outward bound & Simon back home were brilliant. Unfortunately an outbreak of Norovirus tender to spoil things. The hygiene procedures on the ship seemed to my Wife & I as being first class. Most likely brought aboard by a passenger.”
“Decent enough service on the phone until you need to make a claim. I had a small accident in my car which was my fault and Saga have written of the car as an economic write off by insisting that it was taken to the most expensive garage around.
Anyway that is not really my issue, what is very poor, after telling me that it is a write off, they then have to send off the car for assessment and explained that I will not get any recompense for 3-4 weeks, and they wouldn't supply a temporary car leaving me without transport to get to work, and no funds to purchase another vehicle. Also as I obviously no longer need the insurance policy where I had paid up front they will not give me any refund on it.”
