“We changed our car mid-way through the policy term. Rang customer service to notify them of change. Spoke to a very bored sounding woman who was not that helpful or engaging unfortunately. Told me policy to cover new car would be more money or I could cancel policy for £50. Not sure I will be using Saga again as other companies I have had dealings with have happy staff who fall over themselves to help! Cheer up Saga customer service staff!!”
“Can't recall much about buying the policy, just that it was cheaper than Sheila's Wheels - this time. I gather most insurers give you a year or two at a competitive rate, then hike it up. So we will see how it goes!”
