“Beware Saga do not tell you in their documentation who provides their windscreen replacement service. You only find out when you phone to make an appointment to have your windscreen replaced and discover that it will be 7 days or more because Saga do not use AutoGlass but instead use Auto Windscreens. The excess is £75 but the delay means that this is a company that is not well resourced. I would not choose Auto Windscreens and I shall not renew with Saga.”
“My husband and I took out car insurance policies with Saga last month and have had nothing but trouble with them ever since. They seem incapable of correctly setting up the most simple of policy, and take no accountability for their incompetence. STEER CLEAR OF THEM!”
“I found it easy To buy insurance as the Saga member of staff explained the insurance very clearly. I received the documents very quickly as requested. I said I did not want to receive any other advertising literature from Saga and I have not received any which is good.”
“Having not had to make a claim for years someone ran into the back of my car in July. Saga has a claim company called claimfast, they have been fantastic so glad I'm with SAGA. Hopefully the renewal quote will be good enough again to stay with them”

“A bit disappointed in the cost, seeing as I took out car and house insurance together. I have since found out I could have paid a lot less with other insurance companies. Bearing in mind I have had house insurance for 52 years with 1 claim for £400 storm damage, and only 1 minor claim on motor insurance 15 years ago.”
