I thought I was just feeling insecure when my fiance would just be on his phone at odd hours, until I decided to take a chance to know, knowing is better than self doubts and it was exactly what happened when I employed the services of this particular group I came across by chance to help check his phone out into. Now I know when he’s telling the truth and how to curtail him, I think it is not a drastic step if it'll make you feel better. I made my order by calling 1-800 Samsung. I had my washer and dishwasher delivered a week ago. Dishwasher is still sitting in the middle of my kitchen and I paid for installation and removal. There’s no order number but my contract clearly states installation and removal. The guys that delivered them said I would be contacted soon for installation and removal as they need to be licensed. They disconnect calls, transfer you and place you on long holds!! I was given a courtesy of 61.00 for ea. machine because it came later than was told. Was supposed to get a 200. Credit because I was given a different quote for the price than what I was charged!! Didn’t get that!!! Still waiting for installation!!!

If I could give a negative number I would. I would rather walk across broken glass before dealing with customer service again, but unfortunately I have been trying to AGAIN. Washer model WA40A 3005AW/A4. Broke months before warranty expired. Purchased 8/11/21. Tried to fix twice. 3rd time sent me voucher for a percent of what I paid. Can only purchase thru Samsung.com. Wanted to upgrade, was told by customer service not one of my choices delivered to my area. I live in the largest city in my state. I was on the phone and chat for at least 30-35 hours. I was transferred from person to person too many times to count, hung up on just as much. I reached one person that basically told me too bad, we don’t care you have to drive 6 hour round trip plus $80.00 in gas to your son’s house in a small college town to pick it up. We got there, no washer. Another 5 hours on the phone. Sorry, won’t be there for another 9 days. Our son there to receive delivery and mentioned Samsung not delivering to our city. The shipping company driver said “we go there every Monday.” We paid them $100.00 to bring it on to our city. Lo and behold, we unpack it and the entire front is bashed in. Contacted Samsung via chat the next day. SURPRISE, I need to talk to another department. Do you think I can get ahold of said department? NO! So I guess they don’t care about this either. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Oh, their customer service is all sweet and “want to make this right.” Then you’re passed around until you want to scream. I can not stress this enough, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG. THE ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY. I can honestly say I despise Samsung and I’m a calm, rational person. Take heed my warning.

Poor quality product washer seal deteriorated and tore at a weak spots on the seal after only 2 years of use. Samsung is being less than helpful with warranty and is refusing to honer it without giving a response as to why when the machine has been well maintained. In the process of a dispute but this was logged a week ago and no response when I was told this would take 1-2 days contact to follow up and am told I just have to wait. Been without the washing machine for 2 weeks and no idea how long to get a response. When asking to speak to a complaints department I’m told they don’t have one.

I bought one AC - model AR18RV3JHMCNNA -on 02/09/2019 paying INR36000. The product started malfunctioning after 18 months,and failed to cool the room even after 2/3 hrs of operation. The men from d local service centre detected leakage of gas and refilling of gas done in September last year. But no noticeable change in service did take place. This year during the heat wave in July-Aug the unit failed miserably to cool the room even after hours of working. The service centre reported that the leakage had not been repaired last year,and so there was no gas. They assured the defect got repaired this time and I paid a bill for INR 3800. To my specific query, the service centre replied that no guarantee could be given against gas-leak beyond 3 months. I then preferred a complaint against supply of a defective product that has been compelling me to incur a recurring expenditure of 10% of its cost price towards refilling of gas every year since it's purchase in 2019. Will it not prove a 'white elephant' for me? I, therefore, demanded justice from this leading global manufacturing co by highlighting the points detailed above. I emailed to the service head in India, its Indian CEO and even d global CEO. But no action has been initiated even after 3 weeks of my complaint. My demand is replacement of this defective article. I admit such replacement may be an exception as it's beyond the company's policy. But exceptional thing demands exceptional treatment also. Hope right thinking customers will find logic in my demand.

I have a fridge from samsung. It was making a noise and then stop working. Replaced fan and motherboard because it wasn't cooling the fridge. I have lost about 1000 bucks in groceries . Their warranty sucks. Just because they didn't see it had no cooling issues but the photos say otherwise. Screw samsung up their butt hole. The lady was cool. I'm never buying samsung again. I'm changing all my samsung name brand stuff. They suck.

I purchased the 75" Class QN900A Series Neo QLED 8K UHD Smart Tizen TV and it delivered on 12/20/2021. On 9/10/2022 I turned the tv on and it had a big black square in the middle and there was no picture available. I called Samsung and they sent someone out the next week who said it needed to be repaired. Now more than a week later the parts are still on backorder but they will not replace the TV. My entire house is full of Samsung (refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, oven and 4 other tvs). Less than 9 months and now I will have a refurbished tv if this one is ever actually repaired. This kind of service tells me that Samsung needs to stick to cell phones. I guess they will let me wait another 3 months until the warranty runs out so that they don't have to do anything to fix it. Sony has much better customer service.

Samsung support Ticket # 4166477526 It is very disappointing that Samsung doesn't care about customers and provide false commitment to them. With such a big brand I never ever expected that Samsung service center do extreme false commitments and doesn't care at all about customer. This is regarding my ticket 4166477526. I sent my Samsung mobile for repair in the month of July and it was always committed I will get my device back in 7 to 10 business days. It is now Sept 15th and till now I'm waiting for my device. I feel that I have given device in wrong hands and it is stolen. I did multiple follow-ups with customer service and then connected with repair center but no one is accountable on call. At one time someone told my device is delivered back to me and when I provided the details, person accepted that he provided wrong information to me. All of this happened on recorded line. As per last notification, I was confirmed device is approved for repair at no cost and after 2 months I got another notification device will be sent back without repair and no reasoning provided for that. Also no tracking number provided to send the device back. This is unacceptable. I'm going to consumer forum for this torture that I'm facing from last 2 months.

I bought the Q95T 55" TV online on 14/8/22. It was delivered by courier on 17/8/22 & installed later the same day by the installation team at the price of £74.99. (Courier & installation team were excellent) It stopped working the following day 18/8/22. Rebooting in a loop until I unplugged it from the wall. Then spending a total of 8 HOURS (plus Facebook, Twitter, Chat platforms trying to get anyone to help) on the phone to their absolutely shocking customer services, whose English skills are on par with their customer service skills. Repeated myself constantly & passed from agent to agent. Having no box to return it in after installation & wall mounting was only the beginning of this fiasco. Being lied to with them saying that the courier would come into my property, remove it from the wall, pack it for transport & take it. With "it will all be taken care of" being said repeatedly. Not believing this would happen I rang the courier to confirm to which they replied "we won't be doing that" & that Samsung needed to send them a box to pack it into when they arrive. The courier guy rang 10 minutes before collection to confirm it was ready to which I asked if they had a box, they hadn't! So it wasn't collected that day. More phone calls & stress, this time being told to pack it myself, at my expense! The courier came with one label despite me telling Samsung it was in two boxes, 1 for the TV & 1 for the stand, remotes etc. They took them & said they'd "put them together". At this point I'm waiting for a replacement as I didn't want a repair because it only worked for 6 hours. Days go by, emails go unanswered, standard template replies from their Twitter page that is absolutely useless. I look on Samsungs website to see that my TV is now out of stock! After asking the Twitter page what was going to happen now, they then told me that replacement stock has a different allocation to the website stock & that the courier would be in touch shortly if not already to arrange delivery of my replacement TV. No response from either. Getting conflicting emails today saying that the replacement will be available from 26/9/22, my direct debit will be collected within 3 days, that my order has been cancelled & a refund has been issued (it hasn't). I'm still trying to resolve this issue & in short I don't have a TV that I'm about to start paying for, I don't know if it will be replaced or if I'll get a refund. Their customer services (if you can even call it that) is the worst I've ever dealt with, passed from agent to agent because they don't want to deal with the issue. If you're thinking of ordering from Samsung directly DON'T! It's not worth the stress when things go wrong. All I wanted was this faulty product replacing. After a month has gone by I'm still no further forward. This doesn't include all of the issues, just the main points. I'll be warning everyone I know not to use Samsung directly & look elsewhere. All correspondence, chat boxes, emails etc have been saved & will be published to review sites, ombudsman, social media & legal advisors.

I pre-ordered a watch 5 pro on the 20th of August, after emailing support I was told they would not ship the watch as they had none of the free Chargers left and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get them back in stock. So apparently businesses are more important than customers who pre order. I ordered the watch with the grey band and a extra white band.. long story short after confirming with support TWICE that I will be receiving both bands, I only got the white one. After years of loyalty to samsung.. I will be looking into changing brands to a company that values the customer and follows through with their word. The watch its self seems good although I don't notice much difference between my gear3 frontier, if it had not been for my previous watch not working I would be returning this one. This review was posted on samsung page but they decided it dont belong there so I am sharing it here as well.

AVOID SAMSUNG LIKE THE PLAGUE! This is really a 1☆ review if you haven't figured it out yet! I want it to be seen which the 5☆'s always end up being shown. The real reviews get buried and have to sought out unfortunately😃 I am FED TF up with EVERY samsung product I own, I freaking hate'em! They are 💩 in a shiny wrapper! They (they as in TVs, cellphones nd sound bar) always malfunction or break way to easy and alot sooner then they should! As of right now I'm speaking about my TV's, 2 phones and a horrid sound bar. My living room TV is a 70" LG webOS (That's what its called in the settings, not sure if that's actually what the tvs called??) Anyways we've had this TV for a couple years but watch it an hour at most daily. it has horizontal lines running through it and the right side of the TV is dark, noticeably darker then the rest of the TV and it drives me nuts!! My bedroom TV which is older by about 2 years then my living room TV is also darkening but all around the edges. Both my phones get alarmingly hot while using moderately and the batteries run out within a matter of a few hours at best and God forbid i stream music or a show because then it will go from 100% to 0 within an hour. I've been a long time user of Samsung unfortunately, it took me to long to figure out is not 💩 luck with electronics is because I only bought Samsung thinking that was a good brand🤣🤣🤣 I will be researching brands to figure out what I'm getting next, I just know for a fact it won't be a Samsung!

I hope someone from top management sees this! I am in desperate need of Samsung addressing my fridge not cooling! My ticket no. is 4166179995. I have to call them almost everyday because my fridge is not cooling and it seems all their repair centers are fully booked and so raises the quedtion about their products quality. I have thrown $$$ worth of food and can't cook, can't store food much more we have a baby at home that we cook food for. So when will Samsung finally settle this problem???? They always tell me that they will pass my case to another repair center. So will I just wait???? Samsung come on!!!!!!! What happened to your company's products & services?????

I pre ordered the Watch5 on August 17,2022. The order number is: US161242279. When I ordered this, I was told it would be delivered on August 26, 2022. The next day I ordered my girlfriend one and that order said the 30th so I changed hers to pickup... On that day mine said the 26th for delivery still, no changes. Not once was I ever notified of a change in my shipping date until today when it changed from August 26th to August 30th. Why was I not notified of this change? I would have canceled the order and changed it to Best Buy for pickup but now I'm just out of luck because an unauthorized change was made without notifying me? What kind of way is that to do business?

Samsung is not responsible company. It is like 2 weeks that I was delivered with my refrigerator. it does not work means does not cool. I have paid for it. it is now 2 weeks that I am calling Samsung service. At any time they just transfer me to different departments in order to escalate the case. they just apologize and do not resolve the problem at all. They do not understand at all that we are a family of 3 and we do not have any other option now. the staff seem to be useless in the sense that just ask me to wait until the appropriate solution will be found but they do not do any action. they just repeat for me that it is their framework. they are like robot. I want to return it but they do not accept. there is not any means and way of complaining against even to the higher positions that seem to be involved in this corruption, they just sell the product and do not care if it works or not. it is a nightmare for my family and me now. I would never ever recommend anybody to buy a fridge from Samsung at all.

08-19-2022 Dear Samsung team. Service ticket #416 654 7468 I bought your Product (refrigerator) from BestBuy Orlando in 2018. About 3 weeks ago the compressor broke and leaked out all its fluids (07-28-2022). I called Samsung and they sent me Asurion to repair the Fridge. 08-02-2022 The tech Edgar from Asurion came to my house and replaced the compressor then he said he will pressurize the system to see if there is any leaks. He puts his Gauges, and he fills up only his Gauges with gas. He did not let the gas flow from his Gauges to the system to see if there are any leaks. (Yellow Line) He then rips the Fridge apart from inside and start looking for leaks by spraying Blue liquid for detecting leaks. Then he said there is a leak in the coil in the Back ( in the part that looks like a car radiator). He calls his company for parts and orders the coil. Coil arrived in my house 2 days later with UPS. I get an appointment from Asurion for 08/05 then 08/09 then 08/08 then back to 08/09 then 08/10 then 08/12 then 08/18 then 08/16 then 08/17. Every time that I called Asurion (Christian tells me that there is no parts then he says I have the Wrong part and then he says that he needs ok from Samsung to use an equivalent part. On 08/17 the same Tech Edgar shows up in the morning hours (My appointment was in afternoon) I had to work from home that day and luckily, I was home. He walks in with no new parts. He says he have a feeling today the problem will be fixed. Then he puts down his tools and goes back to his truck and gets the pressurizing tank. He pressurizes the system (This time he opens the Yellow knob and actually lets the pressure to the system) Then he says all looks good. He then takes the part the I received to his truck and comes back and plugs in the vacuum and starts vacuuming the system from Air. Then he gets a brush and starts cleaning my old Coil from dust. ( He looks me straight in the eye and says Samsung parts are always dusty and clogged because of sitting in storage) This is the original Coils he is cleaning from dust. He did not use the new Coil. He took it to his Truck. Then 30 minutes later after he vacuumed the system out of air, he introduced the Cooling agent gas (Freon) and plugged the fridge to power. He then said : all good and it will start cooling soon. He went to his car and came back after 30 minutes and the temp in the fridge went down 3 degrees. He said all ok and fridge should be back to normal in 24~48 hours for the system to calibrate. At that moment when he left my house the temp was 77 in the cooler and 80 in the Freezer. 1 hour Later I get a msg that the ticket was closed and fill up a survey. On the 18th I received a receipt from Samsung charging my credit card $165 for the repairs that are not complete yet. My fridge not working. No parts were used. Scammed by the Asurion tech. 24 hours after he left the temp was 48 in cooler and 50 in Freezer. 36 hours after he left the temp was 40 in the cooler and 50 in freezer. Please help me. We are a family of 5. I am the only person working and I can’t afford eating out almost daily. Not to mention the Amount of food that we thru away. I have been buying Samsung products for my company for a long time and this is not the service that I was expecting.

Ticket 4166329372 Induction stove died in 6 months, code C- FO. After waiting two months, three service calls later and the stove is still not working, I know what the “FO” stands for. ( C for customer?) I received an email after three weeks saying I had cancelled the service ticket, nobody called me, left a message or anything. I was cut off four times while Samsung customer service tried transferring my call to “Executive Dept. On my fourth call back I was told they’ll start a new ticket (and I should call their local service company instead of them calling me. Very frustrating and poor service. I called the service company and was advised they didn’t cancel the ticket, that Samsung did?? Samsung reopened the ticket. Their service center has replaced 2 boards and the control panel and the stove still doesn’t work. The tech said they will recommend Samsung refund me for the stove. Now, after another two weeks, Samsung says they are waiting to hear from their service provider and the service provider says they’re waiting for Samsung. All customer service says they’ll do is send another email to the abyss. The Samsung induction stove seems to be garbage and Samsung customer service and communication has been horrible. It was interesting too, when I attempted to leave a product review on Lowe’s website, because it was a negative review, it was rejected. I tried twice and was very tactful the second time, still rejected. Don’t trust reviews you read on Lowe’s website, they’re very selective about negative reviews on their website.

5 Calls at 3 hours a pop! A dishwasher within the 1 year warranty with a chemical smell coming from the plastic tub. Service Quick came out and said they could not find a reason for the chemical smell. They took apart the machine and said submitted a report saying NDF - No Defect found. But yet at our home said he couldnt find a reason for the defect, but confirmed it was defective. The smell was strong and he understood our concern and reason for calling. The plastic tub must not have BAKED when manufactured and the CHEMICAL oder was leaking onto the plates and utensils. He said the way he has to response on the report is to say its UNREPAIRABLE - but he also wrote NDF - No Defect Found and therefore caused a huge back and forth with SAMSUNG. They said they only cover repairs and since he said NO DEFECT WAS FOUND THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE THE UNIT OUT. THEY SAID A SMELL IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, THEY NEEDED DAMAGE TO THE UNIT TO BE PROVEN. RIDICULOUS! Products used: SAMSUNG - SERVICE QUICK INC - BUYER BEWARE - DISHWASHER DEAMED DEFECTIVE AND THEY COULDNT WRITE THAT IN THE TICKET - THEY COULD ONLY SAY: THEY COULDNT REPAIR IT. INDICATING THE DEFECT WAS NOT COVERED - WHEN IT IS CLEARLY A DEFECT OF THE MANUFACTURE - CHEMICAL SMELL IN THE PLASTIC TUB - DONT BUY A PLASTIC TUB DISHWASHER!!!! THAT CHEMICAL SMELL ON THE PLATES AND FORKS CANNOT BE HEALTHY

Less than Four years old my SAMSUNG Electric Range NE58*9560 burned up one of the four heating control boards. Even though the warranty stated that the glass cook top was under warranty for five years, Samsung refused to reimburse for the parts. I also had my SAMSUNG side by side refrigerator/freezer die due to a sensor that went bad TWO times in SIX years. I replaced the SAMSUNG with a General Electric re-frig/freezer that works wonderful and have a fantastic ice-maker compared to the SAMSUNG. I never again buy any SAMSUNG products, they are not worth considering.

I purchased a fairly expensive range model NE63T8711SS. Once I started using the range, I realized I did not get the temperature probe that plugged inside the oven. I contacted Samsung on Twitter, I had two different agents tell me the part was on order and provided order number and time frames on receiving the part. Then after the part not arriving, and with no contact from Samsung, I inquired about not receiving the part only to be told the order was canceled. Poor customer service and no effort towards building brand loyalty, even though Samsung had been our go to grand.

Bought an SAMSUNG A11. Had it 14 months & the screen stated to pull away from the phone. So had to pay the remaining balance on what is still owning on the A11 to upgrade to a newer phone. From the pictures, cracks are visible but that too surprised me as to why it would start to cracks for no reason..

Have had 2 Samsung Tablets , galaxy tab 4 and Tab A7 . On both of them the battery swelled up bending the screen until it cracked Of course after the warranty period ! Will NEVER buy a SAMSUNG product again .

Absolutely disgusted with samsung. Bought a samsung a52 phone in December. Beginning of June I plugged it in with samsung charger. The battery swelled and caught fire. Called samsung to see what I do. They asked me to ship phone with sim card still in it to assure phone not tampered with. I did that. They received phone within a few days. Sent me email saying phone would not be covered because it was in working order, not shipped and out of warranty. All lies. Then told me not covered because phone was tampered with. Not true. Then told me they shipped old phone back as is. It's now July 22. Almost 2 months later. Still nothing as I'm paying a koodo bill for something I can't use because I'm being held hostage by samsung. Placed numerous online chats to sort problems out. Everytime I'm asked to confirm address. Ummm. Pretty sure you have that as I confirmed it atleast 20 times. Last night got email saying old phone will be shipped back asap. Still no word on replacement phone will be shipped that I rightfully deserve under warranty as it was a samsung problem. Disgusting how I do everything they ask but they lie and wrongfully accuse customers because they don't want to replace phones under warranty. They don't stand behind product.

Words can’t describe how terrible samsung customer service is. Ordered the BeSpoke fridge, first delivery was canceled due to the fridge being damaged. Second fridge (2 weeks after order placed) was brought to the front door with a massive dent in the back, damaged fridge refused at delivery. Multiple attempts on the phone and MULTIPLE hours on hold with no agents available, then if you did get an agent they would say one moment please, just to place you on hold for hours and never come back on the line. After days of calling and countless hours wasted was finally able to reach an agent. Agent refused to give any information except the name Robert and said he is not allowed to give a operator identification #. Also refused to give any management contact information and was placed on hold several times during the call. The proposed remedy for the 3rd fridge delivery was another 2 week wait, which would make an entire month of living out of ice cooler for a fridge since the old one was removed for the install. I was finally able to cancel the order and will never buy/own another samsung product in my life. Don’t EVER go with samsung, you will surely regret it!

I was transferred to Samsung from sprint , I up graded to a s21+ on Jan 13th the phone speaker started echoing so I could hear or understand what was being said and when I turn speak off I can barely hear the other party speaking after speaking and being transferred from one department to another I was transferred to sprint then to Samsung warranty department where a gentleman told me Samsung had a promotion where I could trade the s21+ in and pay 99.00+ taxes of 155.95 for the s22 and both phone would be paid for which I found out July 5th was a lie after I traded in my defective s21+ which I'm still paying for at tmobile , I've bought 5 Samsung phones myself and my son and daughter in law have had defective Samsung now Samsung is saying they can't do anything about this lie their representative told me , there is no place in the USA to speak to a representative they are all in india or the Philippines who don't adhere to USA rules and regulations, so the lie and defraud customers

Purchased a Samsung fridge and the compressor went out 10 months later. After waiting for 5 days for Samsung to schedule a service call, Samsung approved a full refund of my purchase price. This was June 2nd. Today is June 30. I have submitted all required documentation for the refund and was told on 6/22 that I would receive the $1500+ into my Paypal account. I am still waiting. I have made dozens of phone calls amounting to over 1000 cell phone minutes to get my refund. I am told that my payment was processed on 6/22 and that paypal has my money. I have checked with paypal. No money transfer was ever made. I received email documentation from Samsung regarding the payment. There are 3 steps in the refund process. Only the first step has been completed. It has become obvious to me that I will probably never see my refund money. I truly believe that Samsung's refund process is nothing but a Scam. If you need to purchase a new appliance, DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG PRODUCT!!! Their customer service/refund process is non existant.
