We purchased a Samsung electric stove under a year ago. The glass top has cracked twice. It’s a piece of junk. In April of this year I went online to purchase an extended warranty from Samsung care plus. They charged me 8 times and took $1200 from my account. I had to call my bank and get my money back. Now they won’t let me try or help me purchase another but just one this time. They dad they don’t trust me because I cxld the other 8. Really!! Customer service and the CEO office doesn’t care about the customer. So basically they sorry you were sold a piece of junk but nothing we can do for you. BUYERS BEWARE

We purchased a tv but the stand for table mounted has not provided and after one week they are saying that stock unavailable....waste product don't buy any Samsung products.......

Traded in my ipad to try the s9 ultra tablet. 2nd day of use, the wifi stopped picking up 5ghz and 6ghz wifi. Samsung connected by remote, checked the tablet, and said it was a hardware problem. Was told to return and a replacment would be sent out. That was a lie. Now Samsung has my trade in and claims they cannot send it back. They also were able to check that the broken S9 was on its way back to them through Fed Ex. Samsung says there is nothing they can do. They have my trade in and my broken s9 and they say they cannot send a replacement out until the trade in and broken tablet have been full documented until they credit my account, which can take weeks. So a billion dollar company cannot send out a replacement even though they say it is in no way my fault and they have my property. Its all right for Samsung not to hold up their end of the deal and screw a long time customer? I have 12 Samsumg products that my family owns. This interaction has left such a bad impression on me that im ready to start replacing with Apple products.

Very pathetic service Even good condition product also they spooling it I did follow-up for more than 5 to 6 month for my Washing machine and AC 2 months Every time they are charging even though delay from their end

I would give zero stars, purchased a $2800 fridge, had to $275 for shipping. Fridge stopped working after 6 weeks, sent a tech out and had a leak and would not replace the fridge, only a refund which takes 4 weeks to get, so my family is stuck with out a fridge for that time plus to 2 weeks it took to resolve. So 6 weeks no fridge! Won’t refund the shipping cost either. Do not recommend Samsung at all!!

I had purchased fully automatic Samsung washing machine Model No WA70T4262GS/TL in Nov.2021. It is technically faulty designed machines. Neither its pulsator works to clean clothes properly nor it wrings clothes. Detergents used not washed out from clothes and remain stick with clothes. After drying clothes one will find dark heavy white spots of detergents. I sincerely advised to all please never buy any washing machines of Samsung.

Samsung customer service is the pits. They are horrible. Refused to honor their 10-yr warranty which is slapped on the appliance. Double talking about which parts are covered and their repair people change prices from $100 to $600/ labor when you know you are correct about the warranty. I own 3 huge Samsung appliances in my home with receipt. I will never purchase anything else from Samsung.

We spent a small fortune on a heat pump dryer, hoping to not have to worry about faults and repairs, three years in the machine is useless and samsung will not help us with warranty and repairs. Samsung seem to be alienating it loyal customers with dishonest warranty claims, slapping sticker all over the machines with warranty cover periods and extended warranty at the point of sale, but no help when your down the road looking an a huge repair bill. Shame on you Samsung, these will be the last Samsung products purchased in my home!

Only star..because 0 is not offered. My 6 month old Galaxy A54 drops calls & errors "Not registered o a network". I have "bars" & ither phone on same network is ok. All by itself eventauuly clears. Random places. My A23 has no such trouble. I swapped SIM cards..problem did not follow. Samsung tries to tell me it's because I bought at Walmart. Next tech connected to phone & showed me I have muted calls. Tech says call didn't drop, I muted them. I asked for repair or replacement. Nope. Have to visit Samsung service dealer 50 miles away and prove I have a problem. Samsung won't stand behind their priduct. Techs do not listen or do not understand what they are told. This is why we need to make our products in USA. Not China, Korea, Mexico, Japan, Tiawan..USA! Maybe a fair product...but WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I would give Samsung 0 stars if I could. The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I purchased a Samsung tv in November and started having problems with it literally two months later. I've been trying to get someone from customer service to assist me with getting a refund; however, it's been over a month and no one will assist me. I've written two letters to the Office of the President, and to no avail. Every time I call customer support, I'm told someone named Erik T has been assigned to my case and he will be reaching out to me. However, I have not heard from Erik T, and no one else is willing to assist me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I will never purchase another Samsung product ever againl

I recently purchased a Samsung oven, and it will be the last Samsung product I ever buy. The customer service has been absolutely shocking. From the start, there were issues with the oven: the dividing shelf was broken, and it also fails to maintain the correct temperature. When I contacted Samsung, they refused to replace the shelf, claiming it was not covered by the warranty, which only lasts 28 days. However, by the time the oven was delivered, it was already past this period, rendering their warranty practically useless. Despite their assurances that they would resolve the issue and contact me back, they never did. I even escalated the matter by emailing the CEO. The response I received was appalling; it took several prompts to get any acknowledgment, and when they finally replied, it was clear they hadn’t even read my email. They dismissed my complaint about the oven and did eventually resolve a missing purchase, stating that I hadn’t contacted them, despite my numerous emails proving otherwise. The customer service from Samsung is terrible. If you encounter a problem, don’t expect any help. I would strongly advise others to heed this warning and consider these reviews before purchasing any Samsung products. I, for one, will never buy from them again.

Worst Company Don't By Any Product Of Samsung Special Air Conditioner My New Samsung AC Work Only 6 Month.It has been 2 years since I purchased and I have got it repaired 4 times, now it is kept aside. Customer care only charges money every time, don't buy please.

Samsung fold 4. Black screen when I open it. This is the 3rd year I purchased a new phone. Very disappointed. I am not buying a Samsung again. Paid $1800 per phone and they malfunction somehow after one year.

Samsung real fraudsters in the name of services they damage your furniture and its more then a month they are asking link that they will replace damage furniture but everytime just passing time pathetic management after damaging assets they are saying service of AC not required complete waste of time I was regular customer of Samsung but now its my last purchase ridiculous act

Doesn’t fully submerge your items. I take clothes out and they are not clean. I won’t buy Samsung again based on the fact I feel they don’t do a good job washing things well. Wasting time, energy, detergent. Very disappointed in the washing machine.

DON'T BUY FROM SAMSUNG. PERIOD. My wife bought me the Z Fold 4 last May for my birthday direct from Samsung. Within a year the protective screen was cracking and then suddenly the centre screens went black, didn't work and the phone wouldn't open fully. So, as it was in warranty, I went to their King's Cross centre. I booked it in but by the same evening I received an email saying that the phone when opened had been tampered with and that it was therefore out of warranty and I'd have to pay the same coat as a new phone to get it fixed! If they didn't hear from me within 7 days they would send it back to me. How could my phone have been tampered with when it was bought brand new and direct from Samsung and had never been out of my sight until the day it went into Samsung's repair centre. I went straight back to the centre the following morning to explain and ask what the hell was going on. I was shown a couple of pictures and told that a few screws were missing and signs of glue. I told them if that is the case, then either their engineers were wrong lying or it was done in the production process. It did me no good and was told I could phone the customer support line and see if they, as a gesture of goodwill, would allow it to be fixed! I was completely shocked. It cost my wife £1400 with a trade in and it lasted less than a year with a meaningless warranty with no way for me to prove against their accusations of tampering. After looking at the reviews on Trustpilot, I see I'm not alone in being conned by Samsung. One day the truth will out about this company. I note that thief previous CEO in South Korea was convicted for fraud and embezzlement, only to be oddly pardoned recently by the state! They've lost two customers for ever with my wife and I. Please do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs. No wonder their global profit share has declined by nearly 25%. Horrendous! They advertised that the TV I purchased from them was next day delivery. I specifically purchased it for this very reason as our TV is broken. After taking my money they then notified me it would be 2 days later. I took the day off work to receive the delivery and they cancelled it that morning and two days later still no delivery or any idea as to when it will turn up!. I have contacted them on a number of occasions and literately no help whatsoever. Terrible service and somewhat disingenuous!

I can understand your letdown as a consumer, but that was the best deal that has offered to you.” - 2 year old Samsung 75 inch TV with manufacturing default. This is after being a loyal customer. They offered me 20 dollars off my next purchase. The worst experience and money down the drain. Company does NOT back their product up. Do Not Purchase any of their tv’s or products. They can care less about your business. - To help me with a manufacturing issue they directed me to go buy a new TV.

I bought 4 Samsung screens (two TVs and two computer screens), the first 2 TVs were 4k, the screen went bad within the year, luckily it was under warranty. The second screen I bought 8k in size 65 inches I paid something in the area of ​​NIS 8000 or so now two and a half years later the screen died. It's not that I bought a Chinese brand for NIS 800. I expected the TV to be with me for at least 5-6 years. I contacted customer service and explained the situation to them and they said there is nothing to be done Pay 350 NIS for a technician and another 1000-2000 NIS for the possible replacements. I ask if there is a reason to pay for the Samsung brand, unfortunately I no longer recommend anyone to buy a Samsung TV Samsung Community in Israel | The Samsung Israel community will make your decision! The last two televisions that went wrong, call me lucky, but there is luck in a casino, not in a brand that considers itself the best in the world!!!
