if you want help in obtainig answers as to why your 4 year ols solar tv remote no longer works, buy one from Amazon, these people simply dont want to hear about your problem. when you call, you are bothering them.

I have samsung M52 5G smartphone due to the software update I got display problem and when I tried to contact the service center they did not respond to it When it's the problem from the company side but also they refuse to solve the problem

Samsung has a completely disfunctional service department. I have been sent two shipping labels to send to Samsung's own-choice Authorized Samsung Service Center. Each time Samsung's chosen repair center returned the item to me because the serial number and model number supplied by the Samsung service department to the repair center did not match the serial number and model number on the machine. I do not understand why the Samsung service department and Samsung's chosen repair center cannot communicate directly. Samsung claims it has not email communcation, which is odd for a leading producer of devices that sent and receive email. Bottom line: wasted many hours and phone calls. If I could give Zero stars or negative Stars. I note that Samsung's own website notes it averages 1.2 stars out of 5, and that is too high

My refrigerator stopped cooling properly after two years. The cooling system should still be under warranty, but Samsung passed me around between reps, and even after waiting over a week for a service appt, they did not address the problem.

We had called to get a repair tech to look at our dishwasher. The tech texted he was gonna be in route. 10 minutes later another text saying Samsung cancelled the ticket. No explanation. Wasted a day off work and pay and my dishwasher still messed up.

My phone has been faulty from day one. No refund given even though they said they would, phone got boiling hot and hurt a little girl, still they dont care, I've been with Samsung since day one. I'm done

Dear All With respect to my e mail which was addressed to Samsung on Wednesday 26/06/2024. Still I am eagerly expecting response or resolution for the problem created by SAMSUNG and SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTERS. On Thursday, I received a phone call from Mr Shibli, Area Sales Manager and narrated the whole incidence to him. He told to share all the details to him through WhatsApp and same was done on Thursday 27/09/2024. He told he will check and he will get back to me. WhatsApp screenshot is attached for your reference Today, Saturday 29/06/2024, more than 48 hours, still eagerly expecting response from him. I am trying to contact him to his number, he is not responding to my calls nor to my WhatsApp reply. Note : Whoever from SAMSUNG company is responsible to handle this concern, react to the complaint or grievance or request raised by your customer. Regards

Samsung customer care center needs to speed things up. Changing the screen cover at the center requires 1 hour wait to speak to the staff and another one hour to change the phone cover...I was told . I am waiting now and I thought it will be good to air my pain. I shall spend over 2 hours to change a screen protector and it costs me 32 dollars. The only plus point is I can do my work here as it is rather comfy. A cup of coffee while waiting would be nicer.

Samsung is knowingly producing defective products. When you call in for support, they try so sell you a new phone. If you cancel an order, they bill you anyway and send it to you. There are thousands of folks experiencing the same problems with their phones and instead of fixing them, they are tricking and taxing people.

Very bad costumer services, ignoring and playing with you tell you given up with them even they refused on the repairs centre in London to fix my device even still 4 months on my warranty. I don't recommend any Samsung devices.

Purchased an expensive TV from them and they completely messed up the wall installation leaving me with a £150 bill to fix the issue and install it myself. They offered me an £80 voucher for their website as consolidation that I had to use within 6 months. I told them they can keep their voucher. I'll be avoiding any Samsung purchases in future.

Literal robbery; purchased. fridge that has multiple awful reviews. The fridge cost $2000 and has less than 2 years. They charged for a diagnosis and before the third party repair company even came out to run the diagnosis, we received news that this would not be covered under warranty and we would have to pay $240; again to this date, a diagnosis has not been made. Their customer service reps are based out of the Dominican Republic and are untrained, unprofessional, and unwilling to do anything about this complete lack of integrity. There are multiple class action lawsuits and with social media now a days you can showcase how these companies do business. I would suggest everyone to use their platform accordingly to highlight this issue. It is also super helpful if you have recorded the conversation; this is what I did after having learned how terrible they are.

The functionality of Samsung's products are great but the repair services are terrible. The repair service was supposed to repair the cooling source due to the freezer not working but to no avail. Instead the entire fridge broke. Secondly, the customer service call center is a joke. Everyone uses English well but they do not understand keywords that are outside of the script. They end up, professionally and cordially, forwarding the call to another department due to their lack of knowledge or resources. Don't get me wrong. They are professional and follow their script but they are good as the automated options due to their lack of resources. That being said, I've been dealing with support issues and getting parts under warranty for over 6 months. It's pretty ridiculous.

I have a defective phone, S24+, and the ONLY option they give is to send it in for 10-12 days. I run a company and need commission. They offered no other option.

SAMSUNG WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE We have a Samsung American Fridge freezer with manufacturing health and safety fault. Samsung have refused with the repair and does not have customer complaint department. we will never purchase another Samsung product and highly recommend other to do same. Worst customer service in history.
