Keeps downloading games to my phone as "security" updates. Seems like it's more like a data mine. If I wanted games on my phone I'd put them there.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a refund for a purchase on date 23/03/2023. I made it from Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. The details of the purchase are as follows: Product/Service Purchased: Samsung Galaxy Book 3 360 Product Model No: NP730QFG-KA3IN IMEI no or Serial no: 65Q49FGW300193 Service Tag no.: NOTE NP730QFGA EXP II7 1355U 133T FHDO B Order Number: 12008960750 Date of Purchase: 23/03/2023 Amount Paid: INR 1,10,990.00 Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with Samsung Galaxy Book 3 360 I have faced the problem of Samsung recovery and automatic scroll hurdles in my laptop. When I opened and started my Samsung Laptop Book 3 360, Samsung Recovery mode occurred and it got stuck in infinite loop when i tried for the possible option available like factory reset the process get completed but instead of starting the window the Samsung recovery mode started again... I have purchased the laptop, investing a huge amount in this not to face such issues. It's been 1.5 Years of purchase only and for the last 1.3 Years, I am facing these issues. It's quite disappointing from your end that your technical team is not even capable of offer help on time. It’s a shame that from last 1.3 Years, I have been continuously struggling with my laptop, I am on my own trying to resolve the issues. I don't think the Samsung R&D team is able to handle this issue. My work is very important which I am unable to carry with this laptop. I would have never purchased Samsung if I had known about such issues and services. I just wasted my savings after purchasing from your so-called brand. It's disgusting and I had never hoped that Samsung offers such a bad and worst technical support where the competent person doesn't even approach. What are you expecting from my end. you offered me the extended warranty, but you are not capable of resolving the issue. I want the extended warranty no doubt but what's the use of that with a malfunctioning laptop. I have invested my time and saving both I want my issue to be resolved anyhow. I am just fed up with contacting you guys from last 1 Years this is being ridiculous. I am working person I have a job to do, I have bought this laptop for my office work. I am losing my patience. Already your team has wasted my 1.5 Years to resolve the issue. I want a genuine and permanent solution for this, as it is not at all acceptable from a Samsung kind of brand. Kindly provide a full refund for this laptop as I can't waste my time just waiting for the issue to get resolved on its own. I hope you will genuinely care about resolving the issue of your valuable customer. I have already trusted your services, but my patience is over now can't bear more. Samsung Recovery mode occurred, and it got stuck in infinite loop when I tried for the possible option available like factory reset the process get completed but instead of starting the window the Samsung recovery mode started again. I am unable to connect with customer support team, but none is responding. How Many times do we need to beg to provide the services or refund for the problem that we have been facing for a year? Are you providing the warranty period for the damaged Laptop? Is this what your services are for? I am entitled to a full refund under these circumstances. Enclosed with this letter are copies of my receipt and any other relevant documents for your reference. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your favorable response within 3 Days. If I do not receive confirmation of the refund process within 3 days and the refund reflected in my account within 7 days. I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my funds. Kindly do the needful at the earliest otherwise I have to take legal action against Samsung India laptop very soon.

It's been over a month i asked for a replacement. Still no solution. Multiple times i have contacted samsung both via chat and call. This service is horrible

We have had two Samsung refrigerators, two dishwashers and two televisions and a microwave. The appliances were in houses when we purchased them, and four of the five were unadulterated garbage. One repairman told me the dishwasher he fixed would break again and when I asked why, he said because it gets wet. Okay…a dishwasher that breaks because it gets wet. The second dishwasher needs a lower door seal. There are no lower door seals sold. We have to replace the entire tub, at a cost of well over $300 instead of a gasket which should be around $25-40. A refrigerator door flapper spring broke. Samsung told me the entire flapper had to be purchased at over $155. I fixed it myself by buying a spring from a third party; cost less than a dollar. The other fridge went down and when I asked the repairman about Samsung he said not to buy another one. We didn’t; replaced it with a different brand. One tv lost 1/5 of its screen after 13 months. Samsung told me ‘Too bad! Replace the tv.’ We took their advice, and replaced it with a different brand. Have we given Samsung a fair chance? Seems to me, after five appliances and two TVs, we have. My conclusion, if Samsung made a mouse trap, in my opinion they would figure out a way to break it as well.

I am having a Samsung galaxy phone. After the last software update, a bright green line came across the screen . When I contacted the service centre , first they said screen need to be replaced with a charge of Rs.6800 as the warranty is expired. I told them that it was their software UPDATE caused the issue and for that why should I pay . On escalation of the issue they asked me to upload photos of different internal parts to verify there was no physical damage by water or fall. This has done in an authorised Samsung service centre and I paid Rs.177 as inspection charge. The service centre people uploaded the photos and informed me that there was no physical damage. But now also the supervisor desk say that there is no widespread complaint of this particular model (M52) wherein software update can cause this line issue and hence they cannot replace the screen without charge. I feel like I am cheated by these Samsung people. Is there anyway for remedial action. Now it developed second line. I wish I would not have made software update though it supplied by Samsung.

Horrible experience. The service is TERRIBLE. I got a broken TV, returned it to Samsung and never got a new one. I got TIRED of contacting them.

Customer service is horrible. Our ice maker stopped working for the 3rd time and when requested service they claim they have new policies which were never issued to us. When asked to see the new policies they informed us that they couldn’t provide us with their company policy. After more than a week of going back and forth with them we provided information they requested which was a receipt only to be told they need delivery information

worst costumer services ever, im still waiting for my watch 5 pro for nearly a month now, all they say is its out of stock & we will update you when in stock , they wouldn't give any delivery date, the asian lady called Anj she is so annoying she doesn't listen to your problem & she keeps on repeating like parrot , Samsung needs get professional staffs that can speak english properly, i even asked to speak to the manager & she wouldn't put on the manager and made all sorts of excuses.

WORST company with WORST customer service. Sent my Galaxy Z Flip 5 for repair (within warranty). No damage, no cracks, no scratches. The only problem is that screen is black, can't see anything on the screen, doesn't respond to touch. The phone was working fine, but one day when I opened the phone the screen went black. The outer small screen still works fine. Samsung received my phone and couple days after I got a text message saying that the warranty is void and I have to pay $258 to fix the LCD. Which is not the screen (my screen is intact), but the inside LC display. The technician claims that there is a damage, but there is no damage at all. Been trying to get hold of a supervisor, no one even bothered to call me. I called them almost every day, never got hold of a supervisor. And the last thing, they just decided to send the phone back to me without even asking me if I want to fix it or not. Definitely my last samsung phone. Don't deal with this company. CUSTOMER SERVICE iS -100.

I bought a washing machine and a fridge from Reliance Digital and within a year of purchase both the products had problems but after that I called Reliance Digital and Samsung 10 times except once and got zero response from them I am a frustrated customer.

Bad delivery I bought a fridge from samsung store but the delivery driver said he can't bring it inside as it will not fit, where it could fit clearly. I also paid for fittings. When I called the company they cancelled my order and asked to chose small fridge. I later order the same fridge from currys store and they were able to bring it in and fitted perfectly. I am really frustrated and unhappy with this behaviour of samsung store. If you are buying anything big please be careful, I suggest you not to buy from this store.

Opened a credit line through Samsung/TD Bank years ago, and they won't allow me to use it to make any purchases! And when reaching out to support, they say "Sorry" and don't actually solve the issue. Beware! I will be taking my thousands of dollars elsewhere.

7/8/24Samsung appliances and services used to be a stand up company, BUT NO LONGER! Purchased a refrigerator 8 months ago and it no longer works. Lost all our food which horrible with how much food costs right now. Took literally 2 days on the phone to make a service appointment. Which they didn't show up for, but rescheduled. They cannot repair their unit, will not take it with them and cannot replace it with the same unit " because they don't have it in stock"BS! Now they want us to purchase a new one for the same cost. You can't buy a loaf of bread right now that doesn't cost you nearly 3times as much as it did 8 months ago! Will NEVER purchase Samsung again. Celeste Lane

First buy phone from Best Buy. They internet send us to samsung since it's their phone, and phone was defective. All samsung says, send phone in, and will inspect it. If defective will send new phone. UM. I need my phone!!! Stated it would take around 2-3 weeks. So what am I to do in that time. Also NOT going to send in phone with personal information on it. CAN'T TRUST ANYONE!!! So their repeated solution is send it in. Phone was less than a year old and close to $1000. I fully understand now why they're ratings are low!!!! No satisfaction for customers, just see $ signs. Will continue to tell everyone buy LG, I Phone or others. Stay away from SAMSUNG!!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would the most unbelievably disappointing inhumane behavior. I would never ever recommend dealing with them honestly hard to put it in words. The only words I can describe is inhumane and disgusting. Do not purchase from them directly you going to be making a big mistake

I have a french door fridge. The ice maker is on the door and shoots out ice particles all over when a few ice cubes do come out. I spent over an hour with customer service, which was useless.

Everything went wrong. The order wasn't shipped due to their failure to ship it as they said they had, pushing delivery a week. The installation failed because the washer was defective and leaked water through my laundry room, kitchen and dining room. I had over an inch of water within 7 minutes of turning the machine on. 12 towels later the delivery guys came back and advised me the washer was defective and they'd actually just picked up the same set from someone else that day. Not sure why they didn't recognize that mine was defective before they left but whatever. It has taken 2 days of me calling repeatedly to try to get any assistance because Samsung is under the impression the appliances were delivered even though I called and informed the within 30 min that I was sending both back and wanted a full refund. I've had nonstop issues, multiple attempts at contacting Samsung through phone, email, social media and now I'm leaving this review. I will NEVER purchase another appliance from Samsung. My current issue is trying to get my refund so I can go somewhere else to get a set!!!! I've asked this to be escalated because have to wait for the refund to be processed in order to purchase something else!!! I'm infuriated and will never have anything good to say about the company.

Samsung are a poor quality manufacturer. Avoid buying from them if you can. I bought a Galaxy 6 watch and wish I haven't. It's been problematic to set up and the battery life isn't great but the most frustrating element recently is that the expensive watch strap has delaminated in a place. I called them today as it's only 7 months old. BUT there's only a 6 month warranty on the band. They obviously make them to fail and force you to buy another. The customer support was a 'computer says no' sort of person. Really disappointed. AVOID them at all costs.

Bought a Samsung 50" QLED TV to replace my old Samsung 43" UHD. Watched a pre-recorded video on this TV in Currys and the colour and definition was amazing. Purchased my TV on-line and found the colour/definition was nothing like the shop demonstration. In fact there was no improvement on my old UHD unit. Tried to contact Samsung Complaints Department UK but there is no such address! The only contact is via one of many outsourced home offices in India - useless. Do not buy this TV - you will be very disappointed and will have spent over £500!

An app icon that's always been on this Galaxy S22 Ultra disappeared from thr home screen for no reason. App still works, have to keep going to Playstore or settings. More than 2 hours chatting 2 separate support representatives. They gave me inapplicable instructions then a link to download that was a threat and phone wouldn't download. Just frustrating. Should be very simple and they can't.
