DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE WITH ALLIANZ !!!!ASSESSORS ARE SEDWICK and total CROOKS I have totally had enough and want to scream from the roof tops, preferably on current affair for all to hear. What disgraceful treatment of customers. I have never been so upset with any company in my life. This was my first insurance claim ever in 16 years after the disaster at Christmas and I am so disillusioned, unhappy

Sedgwick is like the insurance company in The Rainmaker: they deny claims, misinform and confuse, and hope you’ll just give up. They’re evil.

Sedgwick extremely difficult to deal with. They did not call but said they tried to call them got text message saying important update to claim. No one called. Shady. Dealing with them has been a red tape nightmare and I do believe they are being less then forthcoming on documents that have been sent to try and run the clock to deny a claim.

Poor communication, misleading communication…basically a company that makes sure sick or disabled people can’t get money from their disability benefit. Ive never been more disappointed . The process is so difficult I just gave up which apparently is what their intent is.

If you’re company using Sedwick….RUN! They are nothing more than a scam business. I work 10 hr shifts 7 days on 7 days off and on my feet the entire time and I went out to have knee surgery. 3 months prior to surgery and was suppose to go back 3 months after surgery. Every 2 days I would either receive a text, email, or phone call stating my claim is denied due to lack of documentation. One time of the reps told me I had to fill out all the paperwork over again. Two days later I received a call from another rep yelling at me because now there’s two claims opened. These people will do anything and everything to not pay out. I told them I’m glad I didn’t go out due to my heart cause all the stress they are giving me I’m surprised I didn’t have a heartache. I tried to get in touch with someone higher than an advocate but apparently there is no one in the company other than an advocate. After talking to others who went out on short term in the past and had same type of issues I emailed my corporate office in hopes they can investigate and hopefully find another company to use. I have 2 months of leave left and it’s been denied. Now I have to send in an appeal with more documentation.

Reevaluate your priorities if you value your 6 figure business or the like. If you care about your employees and their well being you will NOT OFFER this company as a holder of any kind of involvement known to man for your people.

This is by far the worst claims company for any job!! They will approve a continuous LOA, but you have to jump through hoops, to get a intermittent LOA!!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE????

Yeah don't trust that company at all. You got a disability they don't care about ya. I had seizures and the reason I missed work was because of my seizures and they knew that and still cut me loose because of my points. If I could give this company half a star I would.

This company has left me hanging by not completing a water damage claim that was originally through Home Depot. It took Sedgwick over a month to even put me through two a water damage company for repairs. Sedgwick assigned this Darrell Flood logistics company for repairs of damage, baseboards, and wall damage due to breaking a valve in my wall, when delivering a Maytag washer. Now they are not returning phone calls or text messages. I explained to them I’m going to be going to the top corporate management of Home Depot. I asked the claims representative Angela to referred me to her management, and she never would do that at all!!! Do not do business with either of these companies! The worst service ever! Unbelievable!

This company is representing a trucking company that hit me in an accident an over month ago. It’s been horrible experience. Accuse after accuse from the adjuster. We are still investigating . They have failed to take care of my car and my personal injuries. My back is messed up due to this accident and it was their drivers fault. When you called them you can’t get no one. You have to communicate through email. Their customer service and response to the customer is awful. They website say they care, but they do not care about customers. It’s horrible. My girlfriend had major surgery. They approved her for time off, then kept harassing us for paperwork from the surgeon's office that we paid them to send off 3 times. Then after approving time off, they switched it to not approved and caused her to get fired.

I was rear-ended by a Sedgwick customer- Carvana- in December and it is now the end of May and they have not responded to any of my phone calls or emails to try and figure out what the next steps are to getting my vehicle repaired. They admitted fault in a letter in received from them, and then ghosted me. I am now having to hire a lawyer to get any response for vehicle damages less than $5,000. It's ridiculous and they are absolutely TERRIBLE at customer service.

Scam company. Filed a fraudulent claim, never provided any proof. Luckily I took photos of the rental car before driving off. As soon as I sent those to the rental company, Sedgwick sent a letter saying they decided to close the case.

I am an LNI interpreter and worked a lot for patients whose company use Sedgwich for their industrial insurance. I have jobs for mire than one year that has not been paid. They just don‘t respond to inquiries and don‘t pay for jobs performed. Very bad company.

This is an absolute horrible company! They do not ever give you the money for your time out of work!! I would not even say 1 star!!! Smh. I think all these major companies that use this place … do not want you to get your money. Just be aware when you have to use this company.. you better know they will lie about paperwork that you send them!!
