Sedgwick hires vehicle damage estimators with no experience. They didn’t even look under my vehicle to see the drive train ripped out, they didn’t turn it on to hear an engine knock, and labeled a disconnected rear axle as an alignment issue. I call my claim rep 6-10 times a day and she never answers, never listens to my voicemails, and never reads my emails. They took two weeks to retune my calls to get me a rental car. Do not file through this company, always go through the other insurance company.

This company is a horrible farce. The claims people push paper around and pretend to "investigate". They act as a front for corporations that take no accountability for negligent practices. This is what is wrong with America.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is absolutely the worst company ever!!! The fact that my employer chose these people as a third party company to handle their claims says a lot about them as well. These people are manipulators that purposely mislead people who are already having a hard time. They will do ANYTHING to find a way to wrongfully deny a claim. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down.

Just like every comments here… this company is super difficult to deal with.. I’m on maternity leave and got Short term disability extension which my doctor email them the paperwork since 6/10, I also uploaded those documents on my profile account with them on 6/12 and I called on 6/14 to see where it’s at with the status and they claimed they’ve never received the paperwork from my doctor. Then I told them I also uploaded on my account, they switched things around, misleading communication trying to tell me that the paper work was edited and can’t be used for extension… Then look again said they have the paper works on file (6/12) and the examiner has 48 hrs to review them and make decisions which should be right when I was on the phone with them, yet the rep told me to call back on Tuesday if I don’t hear anything 🙄🙄 And then the next morning I got a text said they haven’t received the update information for my extension yet, and the due date is approaching (6/21). I’m so sick of calling and dealing with them!! They’re sucks!

Worst company ever. The stress level of dealing with this company is damn near stroke level. The funny think is I pay for this benefit and I still have a difficult time getting service.

We treated a client of Sedgwick in November and December of 2023. We submitted the required paperwork via email and fax several times. We have contacted several departments and people listed for this clients claim and have been given the run around for months now! We still have not been paid the almost $1000 for services rendered! Today we called yet again and are now being told that we have to talk to the new claims adjuster for this clients case and resubmit the mountain of paperwork again…even though last week we spoke to someone who found everything and said she was going to submit it for payment. We will never accept a client from this company again, ever. The customer service has been very poor, rude, and unhelpful! They are giving us the run around so they don’t have to pay. We will try calling the final supervisor today and if we don’t get paid I will be filing a lawsuit and bad faith claim against this company with the attorney general in Colorado. Please join us if this company has screwed you over too! (Based off these reviews I expect this to get large!) Intrepid Bodyworks

Auto appraisal after an accident was a complete failure. Guy drove up , got out of his car, took a couple pictures and left. Wrote appraisal up as " cosmetic damage", "driveable" when in fact the the front axle, spindle, and other steering components were all bent rendering the vehicle UNSAFE to drive. Now, 4 weeks later, after multiple calls to Sedgewick( absolutely clueless representatives), insurance company and agent, we finally got the go ahead to order parts. This is by far the worst company for auto appraisals. Even our insurance agent has made a note to NOT use Sedgwick ever again.

You pepole suck your in-house so call doctors are getting commission on screwing pepole did they even go to school. If anyone dealing withe them get someone and take them to court. Get a lawyer you will win.

“This is the worse of the worse.I have been on leave since April 12th and still nothing not to mention my doctors have turned in all necessary paperwork....these people have no experience at all..it takes two days to return a call..they don't tell you what is needed to complete your claim..they send you around in circles for weeks and still you have no resolution. I have been waiting two months and still waiting on a resolution and a check. They don't even deserve one star.

DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE WITH ALLIANZ !!!!ASSESSORS ARE SEDWICK and total CROOKS I have totally had enough and want to scream from the roof tops, preferably on current affair for all to hear. What disgraceful treatment of customers. I have never been so upset with any company in my life. This was my first insurance claim ever in 16 years after the disaster at Christmas and I am so disillusioned, unhappy

Sedgwick extremely difficult to deal with. They did not call but said they tried to call them got text message saying important update to claim. No one called. Shady. Dealing with them has been a red tape nightmare and I do believe they are being less then forthcoming on documents that have been sent to try and run the clock to deny a claim.

Poor communication, misleading communication…basically a company that makes sure sick or disabled people can’t get money from their disability benefit. Ive never been more disappointed . The process is so difficult I just gave up which apparently is what their intent is.

If you’re company using Sedwick….RUN! They are nothing more than a scam business. I work 10 hr shifts 7 days on 7 days off and on my feet the entire time and I went out to have knee surgery. 3 months prior to surgery and was suppose to go back 3 months after surgery. Every 2 days I would either receive a text, email, or phone call stating my claim is denied due to lack of documentation. One time of the reps told me I had to fill out all the paperwork over again. Two days later I received a call from another rep yelling at me because now there’s two claims opened. These people will do anything and everything to not pay out. I told them I’m glad I didn’t go out due to my heart cause all the stress they are giving me I’m surprised I didn’t have a heartache. I tried to get in touch with someone higher than an advocate but apparently there is no one in the company other than an advocate. After talking to others who went out on short term in the past and had same type of issues I emailed my corporate office in hopes they can investigate and hopefully find another company to use. I have 2 months of leave left and it’s been denied. Now I have to send in an appeal with more documentation.
