“The bunch arrived at 8pm on my wifes birthday (too late) could have bought them myself on my way home from work. The bunch was also tiny!”

“Very easy to order online and prompt delivery. Recipient said flowers were lovely. Only negative was that my parents ordered flowers from you at the same time as me, to the same recipient, and they were delivered at different times?!”

“I was able to order quite easily the appropriate flowers for a friend's funeral. The flowers didn't cost the earth, and were delivered on time direct to the Funeral Director, who conveyed them to the funeral, where we saw them yesterday. They were beautiful. Thank you.”

“Disgraceful service. Stayed home all day for the flowers got an email saying driver on way at 9.30am waited until 6pm and even then flowers arrived with the vase broken disgraceful”

“I ordered a set of flowers that were displayed oin the web and looked very nice but when they were delivered they were completely different to the flowers ordered. The flowers were not in the vase as displayed and overall i was not satisfied with the product and wish for someone at the company top call me as a matter of urgency.”

“This is the second time I have used Serenata Flowers to send to my wife for her birthday and for Valentines day. She was so delighted on both occasions she sent me images, they weretruly beautiful. “It’s quick and easy to order with Serenata Flowers. I only have one criticism: the bouquet I ordered this time was one day f the most expensive and I was disappointed to see that although it contained the correct blooms did not appear to be any better then some of the cheaper bouquets in the catalogue”
