“The recipient was thrilled with her flowers and having packed for moving was especially pleased that they were in a nice case.Would highly recommend Seranata flowers.From the minute of ordering to the time delivered I was kept informed where they were.”

“First time I ordered from here and I can honestly say I wouldn't again!! The arrangement looked nothing like picture! And by time the buds opened the rest of flowers had died. Some arrived damaged and when I complained I got no where with it. I used this company as last minute option. NEVER AGAIN!!! Done 5* so it would be shown.”

“The experience of ordering them was not straightforward. I couldn't change the cardI had chosen. They were delivered the following afternoon despite paying extra for that afternoon and despite saying that if you ordered before 11.30 the flowers would be delivered the same afternoon. The only good point was that my friend said the flowers were beautiful but I would not order from them again.”

“I ordered some flowers for my sisters birthday I said to knock hard as she may have been out the back but unfortunatly she wasn't very well and was in bed all day she left a note asking them to leave them in the porch and they did I have had flowers from other companies before for my mother and did not leave them as requested so I was very happy that my sister got them as it was her 60th birthday.”

“The flowers I ordered were due to be delivered two days ago but i received a message to say the delivery had failed and then that was it. i've gone into the account today to see that it still says failed and i'm awaiting a response from your customer service as to what is happening with them. Appalling that i have had to investigate if they have been delivered.”
