“I ordered some flowers for my sisters birthday I said to knock hard as she may have been out the back but unfortunatly she wasn't very well and was in bed all day she left a note asking them to leave them in the porch and they did I have had flowers from other companies before for my mother and did not leave them as requested so I was very happy that my sister got them as it was her 60th birthday.”

“The flowers I ordered were due to be delivered two days ago but i received a message to say the delivery had failed and then that was it. i've gone into the account today to see that it still says failed and i'm awaiting a response from your customer service as to what is happening with them. Appalling that i have had to investigate if they have been delivered.”

“My daughters flowers were delivered and left in her apartment lobby and as a result were taken!! I contacted Serenata and told them of the mix up and after a couple days and they had no response from their driver they offered me a refund or another bouquet! I chose the bouquet and although it was a week late a lovely bouquet was delivered and received! Thanks Serenata”

“I ordered for some flowers in jan to be delivered on Valentine’s Day for my partner who works at hospital. The delivery was refused by security as knowone if that that....I get a txt message saying this and it said the wrong name which is why couldn’t find her. So either Serenata stuck wrong name on or yodel. I then spent talking to different people on the phone to find out what’s going on, they said will deliver again and was worried rest of day if would get them. Got a call at 5ish to say can’t do that day...even tho delivery is until 8pm apparently. Eventually she got them the next day. I understand that it’s a busy day but if got the details correct in first place would of got them on time. I might of well as brought her some the next day for half the price as Valentine was over.”

“I've used Serenata a few times now & every time the recipients have been really pleased with their flowers. The last time I actually got to see them when I visited my cousin, and I was absolutely delighted with the quality and quantity. They are beautiful! I wish I'd thought to take a photo, but sadly I forgot. I will most definitely continue to use Serenata whenever flowers are needed. Such an excellent service.”

“The delivery was for my daughters birthday. I only ordered the flowers at 18:00 the night before and they were delivered at approx 11:30 the next day. Excellent service. She was delighted with them. Thank you.”

“Online ordering was easy, free delivery and great updates. Slightly disappointed that the roses started to loose some petals on the 2nd day and a few arrived a bit droopy.”
