“I've used Serenata a few times now & every time the recipients have been really pleased with their flowers. The last time I actually got to see them when I visited my cousin, and I was absolutely delighted with the quality and quantity. They are beautiful! I wish I'd thought to take a photo, but sadly I forgot. I will most definitely continue to use Serenata whenever flowers are needed. Such an excellent service.”

“The delivery was for my daughters birthday. I only ordered the flowers at 18:00 the night before and they were delivered at approx 11:30 the next day. Excellent service. She was delighted with them. Thank you.”

“Online ordering was easy, free delivery and great updates. Slightly disappointed that the roses started to loose some petals on the 2nd day and a few arrived a bit droopy.”

“Ordered these flowers for my girlfriend on Valentines day. The order never arrived and really put a cloud over things. Tried to get in contact asap however the complete lack of phone support makes this tedious and difficult (There is a number, but it's for purchasing only). There was apparently an issue with the address and the delivery was never made due to this. However I was never notified until AFTER I had made contact with them. Eventually after a constant back and forth and what felt like a true uphill battle. My flowers were finally delivered, days late. Won't be using them again. So a note of warning to anyone making a purchase, you must cross your fingers and hope that there are no problems with your order. Otherwise you'll suffer big time with the support team.”

“Delivery ordered on 13th Feb for birthday delivery on 16th. It finally arrived on the 20th feb and I am very disappointed with that service. apparently the flowers are beautiful but what is the point in specifying a date if you if it cannot be met”

“I've been working away from home for 6 weeks so I thought I should spend a lot on some nice roses for valentines day. My girl didn't want to tell me that they were dying but I saw them on a video call and she told me they had began to die after just 2 days. Not good for a £70 + spend.”
