“Hello My flowers still haven't been delivered yet. They should have been delivered om the 17.2.2018 I am really disappointed, it was my Daughter in Laws Birthday Kristy Hewitt & she is expecting a baby in 4 weeks. She lives in Canada I live in the UK, so it's not like i can nip round. The tracker says the flowers are still been made up like it said all Friday, Saturday, Sunday & today. Can you please explain to me what has gone on. I e-mailed you late Saturday if they were going to be delivered. As you can tell I am fed up/ Jan Ashburn”

“The floweres were a gift for my cousin on a Valentine’s Day, they made her day a little bit more special and we’re the prefect surprise. They arrived looking almost identical to the photo on the website and arrived during the time period provided on the tracking page. I was a bit disappointed with the Valentine’s Day add, I though it would be a small card that arrived with the flowers but was an A5 card made of very Finlay paper, I personally wouldn’t get a card next time around. My overall experience with Serenata has been prefect especially on such a busy day like Valentine’s Day and will defiantly use them again!”

“Overall great value and flowers came early on the day so pleased with that, however I chose the “be patient” option as we are in a house of flats but they were just dropped at the front of the building so anyone could have picked them up it was just fortunate that I happened to go down to check who had rung the doorbell.”

“The service was fair but the flowers were slightly underwhelming despite the cost. To put it in perspective the size of the bouquet was the same size you'd pick up from a premium range in the super market but for £10.00. They were nothing particularly special considering the price point: £24.99 plus delivery. I wouldn't use this service again if I am honest.”

“The flowers were beautiful. Very fresh - they were delivered on Saturday and some of the buds are just starting to bloom. Very happy and would definitely use Serenata Florist again.”
