“On Tim for delivery and excellent product”

“Service ok - delivery slot between 8AM and 8PM poor. I paid £59 for 12 Roses... 2 of which were droopy/on their way out upon arrival and DEAD the next day (even after being added to water with the feed provided). All 12 had to be thrown away 3 days after arrival. I've used other florists in the past and not encountered these issues. NOT value for money and NOT recommended”

“Flowers arrived on the correct day although giving a delivery time of 8am to 8pm is quite vague. Flowers looked great when they were delivered but 2 days later and they are almost dead. In my opinion these were expensive flowers and to go in the bin after 3 days is really poor.”

“How can you give delivery slot 9am-9pm with todays technology?? Very late delivery. Flowers weren't fresh. The only next day the orchids were falling down. Picture showed 7 branches in a pack, only received 5.”
