“Delivery for Valentines Day roses (to a business address) arrived in good time despite delivery being between 8am and 9pm. There was no guarantee that the flowers would be delivered during the business hours but it happened at around 2pm that day. Great service and good value for money (compared to other leading brands). Would recommend to anyone!”

“Arrived in great time and was left as stated in the instructions. However, flowers did not look 'fresh' or rather they looked a few days old which was a little disappointing as they were a valentines gift.”

“The flowers where half dead and I ordered a bunch of orange lillys and when they arrived they were yellow. Extremely disappointed because I didn't get the flowers I wanted looked nothing like the picture. I can get a bunch from asda that look better then the ones I got delivered.”

“Great service but the instructions were ignored regarding delivery, which were to be patient as the recipient had just come out of hospital and they dumped them on the doorstep. Also had a problem ordering with my iPad but at least was given instruction to order a different way. On the whole happy with the flowers”

“Poor in quality and quantity. This is a £25 bouquet of flowers. It may look fuller when the 3 lillies come out but the gerberas will have completely wilted by then. They got one star because their communication was good although not totally accurate. Lesson learnt - go back to original supplier, or even use the supermarket as I could obtain a gorgeous bouquet for half the price”

“I would say this company was excellent in their handling of the order and the overall experience. I altered the address after ordering, that was done correctly, and the flowers were delivered on time as the e-mail had predicted. I will be using them again.”

“The flowers for Valentines day did not arrive due to a "technical hitch" however the monies are being processed to be returned....but it still has left my wife with no flowers, businesses have problems but it's the solution that provides customers for life. Unfortunately, Serenata failed to turn this poor experience into a positive by sending flowers (albeit late) as well as providing a refund. Regards Mike Covington”
