“Poor in quality and quantity. This is a £25 bouquet of flowers. It may look fuller when the 3 lillies come out but the gerberas will have completely wilted by then. They got one star because their communication was good although not totally accurate. Lesson learnt - go back to original supplier, or even use the supermarket as I could obtain a gorgeous bouquet for half the price”

“I would say this company was excellent in their handling of the order and the overall experience. I altered the address after ordering, that was done correctly, and the flowers were delivered on time as the e-mail had predicted. I will be using them again.”

“Box left outside and flowers upside down. Flowers were old and dead two days later. Avoid using this company.”

“The flowers for Valentines day did not arrive due to a "technical hitch" however the monies are being processed to be returned....but it still has left my wife with no flowers, businesses have problems but it's the solution that provides customers for life. Unfortunately, Serenata failed to turn this poor experience into a positive by sending flowers (albeit late) as well as providing a refund. Regards Mike Covington”

“Easy to order online. Comprehensive categorisation with articulate photos, and the product is very much as depicted. Moreover, they have delivery tracking (though slightly delayed) which keeps you updated of what is happening. Most importantly, they are extremely efficient for been able to deliver on peak season like Valentine's Day, even when you order just two days before this day.”

“I sent my partner a dozen of roses, mini cake, balloon and card for valentine, while I understand that an attempt was made to deliver the items to her on Valentine’s Day. Delivery was rescheduled after 2 days and the roses delivered were wilted and dead. The items were delivered incomplete (the cake was missing). I will not be using serenataflowers again. Thank you for ruining my day.”

“Really good service in regards to timings i.e. I was able to order at the last minute (day before in the afternoon) and it arrived the following day. What would good however is the ability to give more information to the delivery driver. Where I sent the flowers was to a place of work, it would have been nice to have that peace of mind knowing that the driver knew where he had to go on site. That being said, the flowers reached the right recipient.”
