“Easy to order on-line. Arrived on time and I was notified of delivery. My partner was over the moon. Flowers were beautiful and in excellent condition. I will definitely use Serenata again for other special occasions”

“Really good service in regards to timings i.e. I was able to order at the last minute (day before in the afternoon) and it arrived the following day. What would good however is the ability to give more information to the delivery driver. Where I sent the flowers was to a place of work, it would have been nice to have that peace of mind knowing that the driver knew where he had to go on site. That being said, the flowers reached the right recipient.”

“I was sending birthday flowers from Canada to my niece in Manchester. First I tried via one of the big international florists very popular in North America that I have used many times before... I had so much trouble with it that I gave up. Then I tried Serenata and it was all said and done, exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price, in a couple of minutes. They followed up with notification (accurate) of delivery in a rather entertaining little email. I'm perfectly happy with quality, ease of ordering, and customer service, and will definitely use them again.”

“The initial delivery was a bit dissapointing although it arrived promptly at the correct address on valentines day many of the flowers were damaged. The issue was handled in a very professional and very pleasing way and i am not completly happy with the service. ACE customer service”

“The website was easy to use including adding extras. Unfortunately the extra, a case, I ordered wasnt delivered which was inconvenient as was part of a birthday gift being delivered to a nursing home. However when I emailed advising of the omission i received a response very quickly advising the cost had been refunded to my account. While I was disappointed the very quick customer service recovered the situation. I was happy with the quality of the flowers.”

“My wife is studying in Edinburgh, so we could not be together at Valentines day. Flowers would be nice, but how to deliver it when I am in Prague, Czech Republic, Use Serenata Flowers service!!
