Disappointed in mothers day flowers ordered for my mum. No better than a supermarket bunch for less than £10. I paid £35 expecting a beautiful arrangement for her. Totally ripped off will not use again

Mother's Day flowers not delivered. Marked as out for delivery until the 8pm cut off and then told failed attempted delivery after this even when requested to leave in porch if no one in. No card or evidence of delivery attempt left. Well done !!! Just lie your way out of a refund. Pathetic.

What a disgrace, thank you for ruining my 1st mothers day, what you advertised and what i received there was nothing radiant about them and definitely no sunshine the flowers are nothing at all what you advertised on your website and the price of £39.99 definitely a waste of money

The flowers that arrived were in poor condition and the bouquet was markedly different from that advertised. Their customer service team clearly have set "fobbing off" text for dealing with anyone who tries to point that out. Never again.

If I could give these a minus I would. Letterbox flowers delivered by hand so no excuse for battered and torn box. Once opened flowers either dead or so badly wilted don’t think anything will revive them. Total waste of my daughters money, she is devastated as these were a Mother’s Day gift and we haven’t seen each other for 9 months. Serenata flowers should be ashamed of this fraudulent business.

Awful flowers. Box battered and when I opened them up half were wilted and on their last legs. Wast of money. Would rather have got a better bunch from Tesco!

Today I received the most disappointing bouquet of flowers, truly awful! Following a ban on my front door and a yell of package delivery, I saw a cardboard box flung on the floor by my door, and when I picked it up it was clearly squashed and broken - the flowers were wilted and totally discoloured and packed up side down. The pink flowers which were still half alive were browning badly and the others well- past hope! Never order from this dishonest company- Ever. They were a gift to myself from family. I’m so hurt for my family who spent hard earned money on this to surprise me. I have not the heart to tell them.

Ordered flowers for my nan on the 8th & first delivery time available was on the 10th March. At 3.30pm decided to track delivery only to find out they wouldn't be delivered till 7-9pm. Emailed serenata at 9.15pm to question this but only to get a crappy automated reply that gave no apology. Watched the drivers route and saw him go passed my nan's house a few times and for the flowers to not actually be delivered till 10.07pm! Was on the phone to my nan at the time only to hear from her that they had been squashed in transit. Absolutely disgusting service and will never use them again.

I ordered a week in advance for a special birthday. They were a day late with the ludicrous excuse initially of blaming Covid. Took a while to get apology as they seemed uninterested in our experience. E-mailed CEO office and no response so you can see who models the poor service. Will never use again.

Delivery instructions were Knock Loud (my sister has Altzeimers and her and her husband are shielding). Flowers were left outside the front door in the pouring rain. Obviously my sister was no aware of her surprise birthday gift. They discovered the package some 5 hours after delivery. The box, flowers and enclosed birthday card was absolutely soaking wet. Why didn't they knock as instructions? Why would the courier leave a package on the ground in the pouring rain? What a waste of £40. I certainly would not use them again. Angry and gutted

It's a friend's birthday tomorrow so I picked some flowers for next day delivery and entered my card details. A pop up appeared saying the flowers could not be delivered tomorrow so requested an alternative delivery date- of course this doesn't work as my friend's birthday is tomorrow so i did not select an alternative date and instead ordered another set of flowers which could be delivered tomorrow. I have been charged for two sets of flowers, and sent two separate (delayed) order confirmation emails including the first set which apparently will now mysteriously arrive tomorrow despite the system generated pop blocking my first order because they couldn't be delivered. I contacted customer services within 5 minutes to cancel one of the orders and they said cannot do anything??? Appalling. I've never ordered from them before and never will again. I will be contacting my bank about the double payment error.

I ordered their velver cloud bouquet for my friend's birthday, the flowers are supposed to be five different purple/lilac coloured flowers. Instead what was delivered was white roses with green foilage. When I contacted customer services they said that under their substitution policy the bouquet delivered was an acceptable equivalent???? Very very disappointed

Five roses, three liseanthres, and five maroon flowers and twenty four pieces of foliage and charged £39.99. Bought as a birthday gift by my daughter for me. So disappointing to have so few flowers and not the best quality. Three of the maroon flowers dead. Arrived with no water in Tub and dry strips of paper in tub. Do not recommend this Company.

First time we had used this company. Flowers arrived looking really awful and some of them were even dead. Complained but were then ignored by the Customer Service team !!! Never again. DO NOT touch thus company with a bargepole.

Beautiful, affordable flowers, always delivered on time! I love quirky emails, too! Wouldn’t order flowers from any other company. Great for gift for every occasion! Highly recommend!

The worst flower service i have ever come across.. fully disappointed. Its my daughter’s birthday and I ordered flowers a week in hand.. flowers did not arrive they say i cant have a refund when they clearly state a refund policy on late deliveries so will have to contact my bank to retrieve the money back.. 100% do not recommend everything about them is a disappointment..!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I order flowers on Thursday to be delivered on Sunday for a birthday. The flowers never arrived and it’s now Monday night and I’m still waiting. I contacted the customer service and was told they can’t guarantee next day delivery and couldn’t refund or cancel my request. I was talking to a rude lady called Lisa Whos messages were patronising. I am now £30 down for some flowers I can no longer gift so they are pointless. KEEP UPDATES ON YOUR WEBSITE!!! We’ve been in lockdown for a year now. Surely you have adjusted enough to be able to communicate. My flowers have now been out for delivery for 2 days so I’m assuming they are sat in a box with no water in a van somewhere as they are letterbox flowers that don’t come packaged in water. So £30 for some ungiftable, probably dead flowers. Lovely!
