Terrible company with appalling customer service. My mum had bought flowers to be delivered on my birthday. She had placed the other 2 days in advance and was assured by the Serenata Flowers website that there was to be guaranteed delivery on the date of my birthday by DPD. The flowers did not arrive on the date of delivery as confirmed in their confirmation email. The response from customer service was "Due to the ongoing effects of the current pandemic, sadly we can no longer guarantee delivery dates". There was no such warning anywhere on their website nor in their confirmation email. Utterly ridiculous and misrepresenting.

Delivery did not arrive on the agreed date. Serenata blamed Covid. All decent retailers would highlight such an understandable caveat- not this one - when the order was placed, they confirmed the agreed delivery date would be achieved. Only when I raised this was I informed that their T&C say you should allow 3 days after the anticipated date for delivery to take place. No refund- even though the order still hasn't been processed. Misleading and disappointing service. Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid this company !

I had ordered an Arrangement in November 2020....I then went to order another in December 2020 to the same exact person and address. When i put in her name all Info popped up from previous address ....well they're computer put a Q in the code instead of a J....said it was my fault and that i could get another Arrangement for 50% off...WHAT?? Why would I pay again for their mistake? As now some stranger is enjoying my very EXPENSIVE fliwers6! Very terrible customer service and they're Arrangements look nothing like the pictures....Do NOT order from this company.....its a rip off!

We ordered flowers for a relation who has been going through a bad time recently and this was her birthday. Having arranged for her to be home early to receive same,they only delivered at 3-45 pm and she had to rush back home to be there in time. We had ordered flowers to the value of 49.99 and a glass vase for 9.99. There was no glass vase,and whilst the recipient liked the flowers she said there was no way near the value for money. I have requested a refund for the vase,but,as your refunds process says "difficult",this is more in hope than expectation. We shall not be purchasing from this Company again. I kindly received a bouquet from Serenata Flowers from work as I've been poorly. However, the roses were dead and all the petals dropped off before I even got them in the vase. The bunch didn't last a week before they all started to wilt and die off. I was hugely disappointing to think my colleagues spent their money on such poor quality flowers.

Flowers nothing like their pictures and absolutely definitely not worth £30, customer service trained to deflect and ignore concerns. I’m emailing the ceo but don’t expect much back. DO NOT USE.

Poor in both quality and quantity. Blooms were very bad with large chunks of missing and broken petals, and other blooms small and underdeveloped. The bunch was only 1/3 the size of the advertised product. Sent a photo to customer services who said they were satisfied with what was provided. Shockingly bad.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I can’t express enough how awful this company is! I have tried to have flowers delivered to my twice now and on both occasions the flowers just didn’t get delivered. It required about 15 emails back and forth to finally have them delivered the first time. Then once they were delivered half the flowers were dead and they looked TERRIBLE! And the second time I paid extra money to “guarantee” the delivery before 12:00pm, however they never arrived and when I asked for a refund because my girlfriend would no longer be home to accept the flowers they told me that in the terms & conditions (fine print) it states that they can not actually guarantee a delivery date even if you pay extra for the GUARANTEED delivery time! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!

The service provided is dreadfull. Delivery not made directly to the door as requested and resulted in her getting them the following day even though she was in. Bouquet not anything like the picture. Total wrong colours. No response from CEO Martin Johnson . Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Beware!!

AVOID Not even worth 1star. Hideous small bouquet not one flwr matched the order .delivered a full day late.i can buy btr in supermarket for a tenner this bouquet enchanted ctge was half wilted and cost me £60 AVOID AVOID AVOID. Total rip off

Disgusted. I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered the next day. They somehow translated this to 4 bouquets and took 96 pounds. As soon as I realised the mistake I tried to cancel but was unable to do so. I sent several messages which were all ignored. I feel totally violated by this company

I just wanted to add the same as most of your reviewers. My £27 bunch (you couldn't call it a bouquet) looked like I had bought it from the local garage for a fiver. Yes, as their customer delight (joke!) team assured me, it had the correct number of blooms and varieties as on their list, just all of substandard quality and with small flower heads, drooping leaves and missing petals. All tied together with elastic bands. I firmly believe to achieve the luxuriant looking bouquets in their pictures, they chop most of the stems off and arrange in oasis. It is impossible to see how large the bouquets are in a picture. They state a measurement of '50cm' but most of that is just length of stems, not the diameter of the bouquet itself. I have ordered online flowers before and they have arrived looking like a bouquet, beautifully arranged and tied. As your other reviewers have said, getting a refund or re-order is impossible. They just keep sending the same standard email responses. Another lost customer to add the obviously many others.

Ordered for a special birthday. Very disappointed with what was received. Nothing like what was advertised. Same flowers but nowhere near as many, website very misleading. Photos of advert and what was received attached. Will not use again.

I received a delivery of roses and iris from my partner. When I opened the box they looked quite battered really and not that healthy. Needless to say that the buds did not open on the roses and the iris. Had to throw several away after a few days. I was told by Neale after I sent them an email that I was out if the 5 day complaint service! Not a good company to deal with and very disappointed. Kathy Tywyn

Do not order from this company. A complete rip off. Late delivery, flowers lasted only a few days and the size of the bouquet for 63 GBP was embarrassing. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Flowers left on door step, delivery driver never even rang the door bell, only found when my son contacted me to see if they’d arrived. Flowers crushed a in very poor condition, some with heads fallen off. Only lasted 4 days and never looked fresh. They were the Ratatouille display at £29-99 a total rip off. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered a "Freya" bouquet of flowers for a very special family 75th birthday celebration. Flower bouquet arrived in a small cardboard transit box. The flowers were mostly unopened buds with an excess of green foliage / only five roses were open. (The presentation of the bouquet was also poor as it looked like it had just been thrown together). The product obviously did not match the description photograph as shown on the Serenata Flowers website (which was important as they had been bought as a gift for a family 75th birthday celebration which was to take place the next day). Because the bouquet could not be used for its intended purpose a replacement had to be bought at short notice from a local florist. There was also no telephone contact number for the florists who made them up so that I could get a replacement as they were supposed to be given to the recipient the following day. I opened up a complaint on the Serenata website where I stated that the flowers were unsatisfactory and provided a photograph of the bouquet I had received as requested. I said I did not want another bouquet as it would not be delivered in time (and I had since bought my own replacements). I requested them to come and pick the original flowers up and for a refund. I later received a reply from a Customer Delight (?) service operator called “Ana” stating "After reviewing the image, our floral team has confirmed that the bouquet has been made to the correct quality and size as expected. If you are unhappy with the flowers after following the care instructions, please contact us again with an additional photograph, within 5 days of the delivery date, showing the specific issue and we will look into this further." Unfortunately I hadn't got 5 days to wait so I had to go to Tesco and bought £40 worth of flowers and made my own display. However I did as instructed and 5 days later the bouquet was still not fit to be used with many of the flowers still unopened. So again I sent a message to their customer services attaching a photograph of the bouquet which was still, in my opinion, not as described and thus unable to be used. Then followed several emails back and forth with “Skye” and despite more photographs their customer service rep insisted that there was nothing wrong with the bouquet and even at one point insisted that I did a stem count (to my mind wilfully misunderstanding the nature of the problem and deliberately stalling / trying to deflect the complaint). They then stated that they were unwilling to progress the complaint any further and as a consequence of that I have had to initiate a chargeback complaint with my credit card provider for a refund. This used to be a good company but it is not the first time I have had issues with poor service in the last year and now I will never use them again. I would seriously recommend that anyone reading this review look elsewhere.

I ordered autumn flower the picture looked good a nice mixture of red orange and yellow flowers but what was delivered to my friend was dark red flowers with purple thorns. I was very disappointed because it looked like the flowers u get in the supermarket for £5 not the £25 flowers i ordered i contacted them and there response was that the quality looked ok and there was a mixture of flowers. I then sent another email saying i am not talking about the quality im talking about the fact it looks nothing like picture i am very disappointed and will never buy flowers online again as i would have got a lovely big bunch of flowers from asda for half the price ##- Please type your reply above this line -## Your request (211281) has been updated. Good comms and delivery qas on time but flowers were terrible..it was like a £5 pick from tescos..not 30 quid i paid for and my mums friends had same experience..csnt understand why this company still gets so much business..avoid!
