“Shocking size of bunch of flowers in a big box for Mother’s Day! Total rip off for £40 -There are better companies avoid these guys”

“There is no zero star option unfortunately or negative stars would be better. Flowers for Mother’s Day did not arrive. No number to contact customer services. I messaged them and they said they would contact the courier. What help is that when they then don’t get back to you. Asked for refund via message but no response. Is this actually a genuine company or a con? Please beware don’t lose money like I did.”

“Ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day and they arrived and every rose was wilted. I contacted them to say I was disappointed and they first told me we’d left the petal guards on, which was nonsense. They then asked me to give them more pictures to ‘investigate’. Sorry, but I didn’t have my camera there to capture the moment of slight disappointment at poor quality flowers. I’d used Serenata a few times before, but this has made sure I’ll never use them again. Avoid at all costs, poor quality and even poorer service.”

“Ordered flowers for mothers day and they still have not turned up 2 days later! This was very upsetting for me as my own mum passed away in December and these were for my mother-in-law. It just made a difficult day even worse. They do not seem to care very much either and I don't like their website which does not give a very good tracking service, they have informed me by email I will not get a refund before I even asked for one. I will not use Serenata ever again.”

“Ordered a bouquet weeks in advance of mother's day (14th march) and selected deliver date 13th March. Notified by email at 8am 13th March that the flowers were en route. No flowers arrived 13th or 14th and after several emails which proved no help I was informed that they wouldn't arrive until 17th March. Three different customer service reps have refused me a refund despite the order arriving 4 days late. Looking forward to old flowers arriving at my mum's house on Wednesday - not really what you expect when you spend £30 on a bunch of flowers! Don't waste your time or money and use a company who can stick to their delivery dates.”

“Appalling service. My son sent me flowers from Canada for Mother’s Day - we haven’t seen each other in over a year. They arrived a day late, squashed in a box. I have a bunch of squashed flowers for Mother’s Day. I cannot understand how a florist can send flowers squashed into a box without water? This is an appalling service and I know that my son will have spent a lot of money - for nothing. Dreadful - I won’t be recommending them to anyone. This is the first time I have felt sufficiently angry to write a review about a product.”

“Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, confirmed for delivery on the day before, not delivered then, or on Mother's Day..... Customer service is basically non existent, can only contact via contact us form. Might get a response in the next week or 2. Flowers may arrive prior to that....but late and can't cancel order now!! Oh and the price of the flowers dropped by £5 after they had stopped accepting Mother's Day orders!!”

“COPY OF COMPLAINT TO SERENATA FLOWERS 14/3/21 6.50pm Dear Serenata, "I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered today as per the order number above. My mother has been in tears over the disgusting flowers you sent. which is absolutely nothing like the picture of what I ordered. You may as well have picked weeds." See the pictures below. The nice one is what I ordered, the one that looks like weeds is what was delivered. DISGRACEFUL”

“So very disappointed with flowers my daughter arranged for me to have on Mother’s Day. They were squashed into a box that was far too small. A lot of the flower heads and leaves had fallen off in the box, many were dead and couldn’t be revived and I had to pick off the outer leaves of the roses as they were going brown. DISGUSTED. Do not use these people.”

“Very very disappointing mothers day treat - poor quality, poor arrangements, a good number broken, some very short etc etc. In fairness they did arrive on the day. Will ask son never to use again so cannot recommend and will never use myself”

“My flowers arrived in extremely bad condition and shocked to see how much greenery was included. Flowers were sparse and in very poor squashed condition. My son sent them for Mother’s Day and I was happy to receive the thought so obviously cannot relay their condition to him.”

“Appalling service! I could have picked better flowers from the roadside! I also ordered a letterbox bouquet but they sent them in a box too big for the letter box. Customer service is a joke, pathetic excuses.”

“Brought flowers for my mum who I have not seen all year j Due to covid for mothers day cost £50 expected a beautiful bouquet like on picture. My mum had the worst flowers in her words she has ever seen, broken stems dead roses and flowers a piece of hedging, they were dried out. They will not last a couple of days. They looked nothing like the picture I am so upset and so is my mum. We could have got better at a supermarket and brought 3 big bouquets. They have ruined mothers day. They have ripped us off. (The tulips were from a supermarket next to them in the pic)”

“Worst flowers that l have ever received, what a disappointment.. They were from my son who l have not seen for nearly a year,for Mother’s Day. The box arrived battered and squashed and the flowers were in a terrible condition, all flattened and drooping and most of them beyond reviving. What a waste of £35 .l have told him to ask for a refund.”

“Flowers arrived crushed and dead these were from my granddaughter wh I haven’t seen for 1 year what a terrible waste of money hated telling her how poor they were she would have been better saving her money and going to Tesco for bunch will certainly never recommend this company and wished she had seen the reviews before she parted with her hard earned cash if anyone wishes to see I have taken pictures”
