Absolutely terrible experience and I would never recommend these people. We lost my grandpa last week and I sent flowers to my mum. I chose a £50 option to make an extra effort to make her feel loved and hopefully bring a little bit of sunshine to her. What arrived was NOTHING like the advertised photo, there were about half the amount of flowers, they were all wilted and some dead, there was no water in the bottom part, it was bone dry. I chose a sympathy card so they would have known I was sending them because of a family loss, yet still, they sent half-dead flowers that were nothing like what they advertise (total mis-selling and ripping off customers). And to think I was about to order the same for another family member too. I followed up with customer service. Instead of doing something remarkable to fix this and retain me as a customer, they said they will re-send them and "no additional cost to me" and made it sound like they were doing me a favour by offering this! I told them the damage has already been done and my mum is very upset. They said, in that case, they will also give me a 10% off voucher for a future purchase, that they are already going above and beyond, and that's all they are prepared to do! I was speechless! Clearly, they are just an agent or search engine, they aren't a florist and most definitely don't have any experience in the customer service area. I highly recommend staying away from these cowboys. Don't be misled by their great photos or you'll get ripped off. I never write reviews, but I took the time to share this so others don't make the same mistake I did. If I could rate them zero I would!

Ordered a wreath for a family members funeral, I specified the time of the funeral, they did not arrive, given the option I would not even rate them 1 star, an absolutely appalling service

Would give no stars if I could. My order for a friend’s 30th birthday was three days late, the flowers were turning brown and there was no card as per the delivery instructions. It took a week to follow up with repeated emails and nothing was done about the issues. Absolutely appalling customer service, I would never order from here again and would hate for anyone else to make the same mistake.

Flowers sent by son died within days. Dreadful Customer Service when I complained despite having used Serenata for the last year. Escalated to Customer Delight Team who advised replacement delivery for today. Delivery showing on tracing as out for delivery at 7:30 then message saying they were unable to deliver.

Been with Serenata for 7+ years on every occasion - they were brilliant. Recently few orders were appalling - not quite similar to the offer online. Latest order arrived late, roses were already brown and half dead, same as other little flowers - contacted Serenata but their "flower team" said that everything is fine and as long as the quantity of blooms is matching the discription the bouquet is fine. Now it's 2nd day and half of the flowers are dead, Serenata still thinks it's alright. For the price they ask you can get better quality flowers from your local flower shop or go cheap and visit ASDA to get better flowers for 3rd of the price. This was my last order from Serenata and will not return - AVOID.

Appaling First Experiance Ref order 2112445473 Ordered 2 flower deliveries, one for my sister-in-law who had major surgery this week 16/3 and one for my wife who was going to look after her twin sister for a few days. As part of this order I also requested vases as my sister-in-law didn't have any however, on delivery the vase for my sister-in-law was smashed which kind of took the edge off the gesture for my surprise. Luckily she had a bucket! I contacted Seranata who were only prepared to offere a refund on the vase stating that I can only have a replacement if I purchase more flowers. In trying to complain about this stance arguing that they have not fulfilled my order and after multiple messages, they refuse to call me to discuss my dissatisfaction because 'as an ecommerce company, we have streamlined our customer services operation and decided to offer online customer support rather than telephone based customer support'! Ironically they call this department their 'Customer Delight Team' which is laughable. Seranata, thank you for ruining my attempt to bring a smile to my sister-in-law's face, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression so my business will go elsewhere in future.

Ordered a £40 bouquet for my mum for Mother’s Day was told it would arrive on the 13/03/21 no flowers, still no flowers on Mother’s Day . I emailed many times ,was then told to pick a new date and new bouquet as the original one was now out of stock, no offer of a discount for the upset that they had caused . Finally the new bouquet arrived today ( 19/03/21) but I am very disappointed with it , a lot of greenery and not many flowers. Will definitely not be using Serenata flowers again . Very very disappointed

Disappointed. 2 out of 5 roses broken as was an astromeria. Unable to complain to them as recipient had already binned the broken flowers. Will not use again.

I have used this company a few times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Im in the USA and wanted flowers for my mum in Hull, UK. The flowers were wilting, delivered in a box....which was damaged. so disappointing. When she contacted them they told her to pull the wilting petal off. Awful customer service. I will not use them again. People do not order from this company!! id like to leave no star!

Flowers arrived but quite wilted and roses were starting to die. No petal guards on anything. Looked as though they had been boxed in haste. Such a shame. Disappointing.

Ordered flowers 10.03.21 for delivery 14.03.21. No delivery. Waited 48hrs. No delivery. 4 days later, still no flowers. Complained, automated response cancelling our order, no attempt to compensate for turning a Mother’s Day surprise or nothing in the way of an apology. Poor customer service. Would never use this service again. Use a more reliable service!

Flowers were ordered for me by my son, email Saturday at 7 to say they were out for delivery. 9pm saying problems with suppliers and couldn’t be delivered until Tuesday. Tuesday came and went still no flowers. Asked for compensation at least for the delivery charge as they charge extra for the occasion, having none of it, told they would arrive on Wednesday. Well here we are 5.15 Wednesday night and still no flowers. I’d take the 1 star rating if I could, I’m absolutely disgusted, my son spent hard earned money for WHAT, nothing. Feel so disappointed. They should be ashamed, anyone out there looking to send flowers DON’T, there are better places out there.

There is no zero star option unfortunately or negative stars would be better. Flowers for Mother’s Day did not arrive. No number to contact customer services. I messaged them and they said they would contact the courier. What help is that when they then don’t get back to you. Asked for refund via message but no response. Is this actually a genuine company or a con? Please beware don’t lose money like I did.

Ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day and they arrived and every rose was wilted. I contacted them to say I was disappointed and they first told me we’d left the petal guards on, which was nonsense. They then asked me to give them more pictures to ‘investigate’. Sorry, but I didn’t have my camera there to capture the moment of slight disappointment at poor quality flowers. I’d used Serenata a few times before, but this has made sure I’ll never use them again. Avoid at all costs, poor quality and even poorer service.

Ordered flowers for mothers day and they still have not turned up 2 days later! This was very upsetting for me as my own mum passed away in December and these were for my mother-in-law. It just made a difficult day even worse. They do not seem to care very much either and I don't like their website which does not give a very good tracking service, they have informed me by email I will not get a refund before I even asked for one. I will not use Serenata ever again.

Ordered a bouquet weeks in advance of mother's day (14th march) and selected deliver date 13th March. Notified by email at 8am 13th March that the flowers were en route. No flowers arrived 13th or 14th and after several emails which proved no help I was informed that they wouldn't arrive until 17th March. Three different customer service reps have refused me a refund despite the order arriving 4 days late. Looking forward to old flowers arriving at my mum's house on Wednesday - not really what you expect when you spend £30 on a bunch of flowers! Don't waste your time or money and use a company who can stick to their delivery dates.

Appalling service. My son sent me flowers from Canada for Mother’s Day - we haven’t seen each other in over a year. They arrived a day late, squashed in a box. I have a bunch of squashed flowers for Mother’s Day. I cannot understand how a florist can send flowers squashed into a box without water? This is an appalling service and I know that my son will have spent a lot of money - for nothing. Dreadful - I won’t be recommending them to anyone. This is the first time I have felt sufficiently angry to write a review about a product.
