“Flowers ordered for my daughters 50th birthday. Didn’t arrive. Contacted them (which is not easy) and said next day delivery sometimes didn’t work due to covid. I ordered on the Sunday for a Tuesday delivery. They eventually came the following afternoon. They were the orchid stems and were all squashed together. Will never use this company again”

“Ordered the Sapphire Galaxy bouquet and received plain tulips for my wife on our anniversary, some of which died after only a day or two. Have emailed customer service with my order number and not received a reply. Also requested them to resend the correct ones using their automated system and these weren't received either. Poor service.”

“I am disguisted with this company. I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday to arrive on the morning before we went out. I bought this most expensive bunch and paid for the guaranteed delivery. The flowers did not show up so i contacted support. Did not get an apology but an excuse blaming covid on late deliveries that could take up to 48 hours extra. If you can't deliver for occassions then you're in the wrong business as flowers are heavily occassion led. I got an offer of the late delivery cost, however we are not able to receive these flowers as they did not arrive at the time i paid for and was guaranteed. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible attitude. Can't comment on the flowers as I never received them on time. Thanks for ruining my girlfriends birthday you bunch of amateurs.”

“I ordered some flowers for a friend coming out of hospital as a nice surprise to cheer her up. I was led to believe I was buying a beautiful bouquet. The purchase process even asked me about delivery instructions. What was actually delivered was a flat pack bunch of flowers posted through the letterbox. I complained and initially Serenata Flowers failed to address my specific concerns. Finally, they admitted to causing confusion but offered nothing beyond an apology. Kinda takes the wind out of the sail when you want to treat someone to a lovely surprise. My advice, look elsewhere. Terrible product and terrible company to deal with.”

“Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered a £50 bouquet (Bella) with beautiful pale pink roses, white lith, some pretty pink spiky flowers and lots of gorgeous eucalyptus and pale green foliage. What arrived was five dark pink roses, three white lith and the contents of the Amazon rainforest in dark green. £50 not a chance and NOTHING like what I ordered. Disappointed as this was for the anniversary of my Mum (so VERY important to me) I contacted them. The response was cold and rude saying THEY felt the substitution was fine. I explained I was unhappy about the colours and the pale flowers were very important to me. They couldn't have been LESS interested. They sent me the SUBSTITUTION policy in bold capitals and basically said tough. Substitutions I can understand, when it is maybe a rose or something but HOW a company can get away with advertising a specific bouquet and then have NONE of it in stock is beyond ridiculous. Would you order a brand new mini and accept a Fiesta as it was a fair substitute? I doubt it!!!!! Appalling customer service - they made the hardest day of the year EVEN worse for me :-( totally gutted. Wouldn't use this lot if my life depended on it, not with the bad attitude. When you see the photo - EIGHT branches of the rainforest have been removed from this £50 bouquet as you actually couldn't see the roses. It is not the quality of the flowers that I dispute - it is the COLOUR scheme.”

“Terribly disappointed. I would have achieved a better display myself, for less than half the price, doing a DIY job with co-op flowers. Don't give this company your money. Go elsewhere.”

“It's unfortunate that I write this review, as I previously had good service. However, I ordered flowers on Thursday, for delivery on Saturday. No delivery was attempted (no calling card left), meaning the flowers would be delivered on Monday. Despite contacting the company over the weekend to ask for fresh flowers to be delivered on Monday as I knew they were likely to be dead, they ignored my request. As expected, the flowers arrived. The box looked like it had been kicked down the road and the flowers and foliage were dead. After several emails later, it was agreed that a further bouquet would be sent, delivered today (Wednesday). No email was sent to say they had been delivered, as its normal practice having used them before. The box was again battered and half of the flowers and foliage dead. Whilst the customer services department offered me a 20% discount on my next order, a cheek to say the least, I would have expected better customer service given the current economic climate and social media influence on company reputation. It's everything ! I won't be using them again.”

“I was sent this as a get well gift there was no water in the tub it was bone dry. It was full of foliage and just a couple of flowers. Roses were very discoloured.”

“I am throughly disappointed with Serenata Flowers. I have been the one ordering and also have been a recipient of flowers and sadly on both occasions, the image on their website has been nothing like the actual flowers delivered, Like many have mentioned, the quality and quantity are nothing like they advertise. The one stem of lilies does not have promise of blooming, the filler flowers were withering on arrival, I have sent emails, but to date no response, please look around elsewhere and do not give your business to this vendor.”

“I ordered flowers for my daughter and they are not as advertised. Brilliant customer service who constantly disagrees with your concerns but flowers are not as advertised. For the price I do not recommend you use them. See photo below of what they should look like and what they actually do!”

“I have ordered the most expensive set of lilies and rose to celebrate coming Sunday (International Mother Day) with a surpreme package of chocolate. The flowers were delivered earlier today but to our disappointment, the flowers are NOT fresh enough and the edge of all large rose flowers faded already with small roses withered and little hope to blossom. All the lilies are just budding stage (totally different from the picture they advertise in their web site and the size of bundle of flowers are smaller too. I have requested either an exchange tmr or refund but in vain. The only reply kept from their customer team is just repeatedly stating their products are up to standard and refused any exchange or refund... Just ask me to wait for 5 more days..... Will 5 more days be able to make the faded and withered flowers blossom again!? This is one of the worst experience I have in placing flowers with poor response.”

“Box damaged on arrival, flowers very disappointing! Nothing like the picture and definitely not worth the £30 that my son paid for it!! Looks like it's barely a £5 bunch! Leaves wilted and damaged. Would never use them again and will spread the word to everyone I know never to use this company!!”

“Poor quality flowers, not like photo, entire day late, poor customer service. I have paid £39.99 for flowers and they did not arrive. No telephone number available to call company. The anniversary party has now past. I was not called, text or emailed to explain. Only when I have logged on to the website I have seen it has failed. We ensured someone was present at all hours 8-8. I provided an additional email with directions to help with driver. I informed you via email and upon order that the flowers should be left at the front door. No efforts were made to inform me that it had failed delivery or the reason. No tracking available. Local florist and courier names not provided until I complained several times. The website says I should contact them to find out why not delivered rather than contact me first. The flowers arrived the day after they should have. In the afternoon and left on the door step. The flowers were half the size of the photo and the roses were already fully opened and starting to curl up at the petals. Overpriced. Poor customer service. Poor delivery service. Poor quality flowers. Never use again!”

“I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. I got an email to say they had been delivered, I rang my mother later that day to wish her happy birthday etc, but she did not receive the flowers. It turns out she was out at the specific time of the delivery email. I contacted Serenta Flowers, they said that their courier had confirmed delivery so I asked for proof, they sent me a pdf with a location on my mothers address (no proof picture of persons name). I do delivery the courier was at the location, but with no-one being in rather left it with a neighbour or outside, but left no notes. My mother still has not received her flowers and Seranta has just said they will speak to the courier, still nothing other then a pin location. Not happy and I feel like I have wasted my money.”
