“I have received 3 lots of there flowers within the last nine months. All have faults roses that don’t open on two occasions. Carnations one broken 2 half dead . More foliage than flowers . The person who sends them was here to see two lots they were very disappointed. The last lot could have been bought from a supper market. Don’t use them .”

“Terrible customer service and product, they must be posting fake reviews. Flowers were not at all what I ordered, vase for ten pounds couldn’t even hold flowers. They did nothing to rectify this just gave me the run around to send photos. My advice, do not use.👎”

“Absolutely appalling, do not buy from this company. I wish I hadn't. Forty pounds plus delivery and they were dead in a couple of days. Complained only to be told they needed a photo of the flowers up until five days of delivery. Who sits and takes photo's of sympathy flowers when visiting the deceased's family. We were able to get a photo but it was after the five days which the company said they needed. So they only think the flowers should last five days!!! What was supposed to be a kind gesture turned out to be a complete embarrasment.”

“Disappointed I ordered flowers for my granddaughters birthday Delivery stated between 8am and 8pm Flowers never arrived. Tracking system was saying they had arrived when they had not. Checked later ..tracking system said still out for delivery. Emailed the customer service team to be told them woukd be delivered by 9pm 9.15pm flowers still not arrived tracking system said still out for delivery Emailed customer service team again They then tell me that the driver cannot deliver that day and that they woukd be delivered the next day and that they would refund me 25%. My granddaughter waited all day for her flowers. Just not good enough. Flowers did eventually arrive. Very disappointed”

“Really disappointed. The next day delivery took 6 days and numerous emails. And when it wasn’t delivered the first time (their error) I was told they’d resend ‘with no extra charge’ to me!!! They wouldn’t even upgrade the bouquet as an apology for missing the recipient’s special day, nor offer me any compensation. Hardly the ‘customer delight’ they advertise.”

“Would just like to say my husband ordered from you last valentines, ordered 12 red roses. Only 11 were in the pack, we were both VERY disappointed in receiving the wrong amount as he had ordered 12 not 11 !!! Not happy customers😢😢”

“Paid 30 pounds for flowers which when arrived looked like a 5 pound bunch from a supermarket. Customer service rubbish .saying it was what paid for .flowers look nothing like what they advertise. Stay clear of this company .BIG RIP OFF”

“DO NOT order from this company! Their flowers/bouquets are nothing like they advertised, not even half the amount of flowers were in the bouquet I sent to a family member. Their customer service is shocking. AVOID at all costs! Complete and utter waste of money. The picture shows the flowers I ordered (right hand side) and what was delivered (left hand side) Absolute cowboy company!!!!”

“Very disappointing bouquet for wedding anniversary. Not much like the pic on web site. More greenery than flowers. Suggestion- cut out the flowery language, eg ‘chauffeured to our door”, turned out to be DHL!) and improve the product. Tbh pretty much of a rip off”

“If I could leave no stars I would!! Avoid at all costs. I ordered some flowers for my Great Aunt after her brother passed away. Firstly they said they have been delivered when they hadn't. When I contacted them they arranged another delivery. The flowers arrived dead, with no petals or flowers attached. They had been ripped to absolute bits. The driver handed them over knowing the state then ran off!! This is not what you want when you are sending flowers to a bereaved family. The stress and further upset it has caused is unacceptable!!”

“Ordered flowers for an anniversary gift, very nice on website but what disappointment when then arrived, there was that much greenery and little flowers, totally underwhelmed. Tried to. Intact comapant but found it really difficult, will not be using this company again.”

“I cannot express my disappointment in the bouquet I ordered. It literally looks nothing like the photo and is so sparse. I raised this with the company showing them a number of photos in comparison to what is advertised on their website and they actually said and I quote they feel ‘the bouquet has been made to the correct quality and size as expected, and is to value’. I’m really appalled by their response which I disputed and all they could say was ‘apologies for your dissatisfaction’. Definitely would never order flowers from them again and would never recommend them.”

“Absolutely disgusted with Serenata Flowers. The courier did not deliver the flowers. We were lucky as the neighbour with a house on the other side of the road and quite far down the road from my mother delivered the flowers to her. The flowers had the correct address on there so we don't know why they ended up at the wrong place, our neighbour was out at the time and found them outside her door wilting in the sun. No note from the courier, nothing. Rather than Serenata Flowers moving to sort this out or call me, I had to battle with them on a busy working day to say they hadn't been delivered when they said they had been. Frankly I am appalled by their lack of customer service and can only assume the positive reviews have been from their friends because my experience of dealing with Serenata Flowers was frustrating, hard work for me to type these messages and poor. They completely ruined the surprise for my mother and have offered nothing to me. I never want to deal with Serenata Flowers again and they will never get another ounce of my time in me writing another message to them, only bad reviews.”

“Avoid Avoid Avoid Looked at the site 2 days previous and added a bouquet and truffles to the basket. Went back 2 days later and started a new order. No option to review the basket and I completed the purchase only to find I had been charged for the previous bouquet and truffles. Made the order at 20.54 on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday. Emailed at 21.01 on the Tuesday to notify of the error and request refund and was emailed at 7.02am on Wednesday to say flowers were with courier and refund could not be issued. Customer service is appalling. No attempt to rectify the situation. Spend your money elsewhere folks, this company definitely don't deserve your hard earned money!”

“Total rip off the flower pictures on the website are misleading, they do not turn out like the actual pictures. Also wrapped up in brown paper???? Received them total disappointment and customer is poor. Don shop here for your flowers”

“July 2021 - NEVER EVER USE THEM!! Phoney company that steal your money and don’t deliver any flowers!! So disappointed that my sister never received her birthday flowers from me! Sad that people can treat others like this - shameful!!”
