“Utterly inflexible, flowers eventually arrived a day late, and frankly I could have bought better quality flowers from a petrol station at a 1/4 of the price. Wont be using Serenata again.”

“Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day when my wife got home they had apparently left them under my car with car a ballon and was not there when I looked instead of leaving with a neighbour when I contacted them they said under investigation and not heard anything else or offered any compassion do not use!”

“Received flowers on time but when unpacking found they were damaged. Emailed Serenata and they sent a complete replacement bouquet . I cannot highly praise this company enough , definitely use them again. Many Thanks. M J Emmett”

“did not make me happy I know it was valentines day bu t flowers did not arrive till nearly 7 oclock somebody banged on front door did not wait for a response dumped on front doorstep and left very poor service,”

“Easy ordering process and flowers arrived on time to their destination, however upon receiving the Valentine’s Day flowers, my girlfriend open the box to discover that half the roses had already perished and even the roses that hadn’t were already discoloured and dying. Not what I was expecting after what I’d paid. Will not be using again. Disappointing”
