“Ordered flowers the morning of Valentine's day from the USA for my love while she is studying abroad. We had a laugh when it arrived -same day-, the last name was misspelled and she had a Mr. before her name. Bonus points for neatly hand writing the childish letter I submitted online. 9.5/10”

“Awful customer service. Not possible to speak to anyone and to respond to an email you have to go through numerous pages and log a new ticket. Probably not a problem if your flowers were delivered but mine weren’t (this was to a reception manned 24/7, so no excuses) . An awful experience, I wouldn’t recommend and I would t use again.”

“Utterly inflexible, flowers eventually arrived a day late, and frankly I could have bought better quality flowers from a petrol station at a 1/4 of the price. Wont be using Serenata again.”
