“Hi The delivery was ok but the flowers delivered was not what i ordered or not what was shown on the internet. Very dissapointed with the quality of the flowers .”

“SerenataFlowers delivered my order through a third-party courier in a timely fashion. The order was as described and I was kept informed of the progress of the order. My only issue is the silly text in their Delivery Notification talking about 'our chauffeurs' when taking about a third-party courier. Don't be silly - your customers are NOT impressed by such foolish talk!!!”

“I ordered a dozen red roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. Knowing I had already found the perfect card to give her, I opted out of including a card with the delivery. However, the flowers we sent with the very cheap looking, free card option and no message. Such simple way to take the shine off a lovely gesture. Thanks guys.”

“Ordered flowers , cake, vase,balloon and a hand cream. Hand cream was missing. It was a surprise for the wife who was out of town at her Mums. I had to ask her what she received that is when I found out the cream was missing, otherwise would not have known. Put a request for the item to be resent as it gives you that option when mKing a complaint. Was emailed back that the item can not be resent as it is not a main item so they had refunded my money. Appalling. Not be ordering with them again.”

“No flowers were delivered at all despite them saying they had been. Online complaints is a joke too. 12 emails to get any worthwhile response. Go to your local flower shop and give this joke of a company a miss.”

“Everything. My flowers were not delivered at all completely ruining valentines day. No explanation and lies saying that they had been dropped off by the courier. This company are a joke. Avoid them at all costs”
