“i made a order and suposed tobe delivered on 14 feb.. but they didn’t do it at the moment and we are in 17 feb today.. i asked for a refund and they don’t want to do it.. i ordered flowers not shoes or things like that .. at the moment i don’t need them..”

“MY PARTNER WITH THRILLED WITH THE BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS DELIVERED TO HER WORK ON VALENTINES DAY, I FOUND THE TRACKING SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, AND THE DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AS EXPECTED, ALSO I EMAILED A CUSTOMER ENQUIRY AND HAD A REPLY STRAIGHT AWAY, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERENATAS FLOWERS”

“I ordered the flowers to my wife one day before the Valentines Day. On that day, I was notified that the flowers would arrive my house with one-hour slot and it did. Very satisfied with the service and my wife loved the flowers. Only one trivial point - the font size on the card is too small that my wife missed my message to her.”

“They emailed me straight after I placed the order and told me when they were getting delivered and when they were delivered they emailed me back very very happy I’m from Australia and to have to purchase something on line these days you are scared of scammers but they were perfect”
