“Ordered two lots of flowers for friends on Vanentines day. Both arrived in great condition and were beautiful. Another good experience from Serenata. Always good customer service, beautiful flowers and keep you updated on dispatch and delivery details.”

“Absolute joke! Failed to deliver on valentine's day, failed to deliver to new address on 15th Feb. On 16th they tell me (via email as they don't use the phone) That delivery has failed and that they reserve the right to keep 100% (£49.99), or pay 50% for them to try again. This is a company to be avoided!!!!”

“I enjoyed the email updates. And the receiver was happy with the flowers so cannot fault the service. Is cheaper than other main brands but would like to see a reward based system to reduce the price sometimes. 9/10 Will use again.”
