“Where to start, arranged Valentines flowers to be delivered to my wife’s work. The courier apparently attempted delivery, although nobody at my wife’s work saw an attempted delivery. Contacted to ask for refund due to non delivery only to be told that re-delivery would be attempted following day. Demanded refund when 2nd delivery also failed only to be told a 3rd delivery would be attempted on the 16th. Surprisingly this failed also. Finally got a refund when I threw toys out of cot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unreliable and a nightmare to contact.”

“I liked the choice of Valentine gifts offered, the short notice that I was able to give and the updates on delivery. This was important as I couldn’t be there to present the flowers and chocolates in person. Also like the fact that my girlfriend loved the gifts.”

“I have purchased from serenata on three occasions. The first two were fantastic and I can only say thank you. The most recent was a red rose in a vase. Whilst the Rose and greenery werebeautiful, the vase was tiny, and I felt it was well overpriced. The recipient loved it but I was disappointed.”

“I ordered the flowers from US, the flowers reached on time, beautiful message was sent to me stating that it has been delivered and flowers were in great condition. The process was smooth and flawless. Thank you very very much. You made my Valentine's day amazing.”

“Fast service but the flowers looked on their last legs. Looked nothing like the picture. Maybe they had an off day for flowers (not service) on Valentine's Day as per other reviews.”

“Flowers were damaged.One head was hanging off and feeder bag was damaged.They were packaged in a cardboard box and had the appearance of flowers bought from a garage.”

“I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my home on Valentine’s Day for the Mrs. The instructions said to leave with next door if no answer, as it happened the Mrs wasn’t in and when I arrived home I found a sodden box of flowers left on my door step! And then to top it off out of the 12 roses that I ordered, 3 of them where rotten and bug eaten.”
