“After trying the most common of flower delivery company’s that couldn’t deliver Valentine’s Day flowers until the day after I found serenata flowers. I ordered the evening before and they delivered on Valentine’s Day. Good choice of flowers and gifts. Overall very happy. Thankyou”

“Communication a nightmare. No way of actually getting a phone number and speaking to someone. Be warned they will not give you a delivery time slot on valentines day. Thankfully it worked out this time but could have been a disaster if my valentine had returned to London early”

“Delivered a day late poor communication to customer . I had to chase and tracking button a waist of time as not updated till end of day . Will not use again.”

“We had a rather upsetting issue with my Daughter, she really wanted the Box with the balloon. We ended up with two balloons with no notification. My Daughter collects boxes which made it more awkward. 2nd point is constructive feedback, my wife had the box with 3 roses, however the bottle inside the box holding the flowers had not be sealed correctly the whole box inside was wet and starting to fall apart. I understand that it is a busy day for all florist, but on this occasion not having prior notice of no box and then a wet box from my wife, that my daughter wanted to keep and could not, was very disappointing. Sorry not use you again.”
