“Ordered two bouquets on two separate days and they were both delivered the following day, one of them having been ordered on Sunday evening. They were very well received by the recipients and I was told they were stunning! I got several emailed updates on the day and was very happy with the service and price! Will definitely use again!”

“I ordered flowers, wine and chocolates for a friend who had just lost her Mum. They were delivered the next day and she was thrilled with them. It is awesome that you can add gifts to the bouquets to make them extra special, especially when sending them from overseas and cant be there in person. I will always use Serenata Flowers from now on!”

“STAY CLEAR!! If there were minus stars, I would of used them... I thought it would be a good idea to use this company to send a bouquet of Roses on Valentines day, how badly was I mistaken... As the location of the delivery was in Scotland, I was very aware that next day delivery was impossible, and that it would take 2 days. I placed the order on the 12th of February expecting the delivery to happen on the 14th. It had now approached 9.30pm and still no delivery. I emailed them voicing my concern. I received an email this morning stating that they would not be delivering the Roses and I wasn't entitled to a refund. Now in my eyes this is theft! When I highlighted this to them, and with a mention of "trading standards" they were very quick to change their tune. I should receive my refund in 5 days, but a girl has lost out on a bouquet of Roses on Valentines day...”

“I am currently waiting on a decision, re my last purchase from yourselves. I bought the same bunch of flowers, for 2 people. My wife and my sister in law. My sister in laws bunch were perfect. My wifes however were short 1 flower and others were past their best. Still waiting on reply. Photos already sent.”
