“Ordered mixed roses for my lady for Valentine's which were delivered promptly and on time on the day. My lady was chuffed to bits and over the moon. So well done Serenata Flowers!! Great service!!”

“I ordered same day delivery flowers and received an email later that afternoon to say that my order could not be fulfilled as no local florist could be found to deliver. These flowers carried an important message and it was now far too late for me to find an alternative . Extremely disappointing.”

When the order had been received, when it was expected to be delivered, when it was in transit and when it had in fact been delivered. Great service, could not have been better. “Ruined my Valentine's day! What a joke. Who the hell wants flowers delivered at 9am! She must think I am a joke not getting her anything on Valentine's day! She finished work at 5pm! I will be demanding a refund”
