“First time i’ve Used Serenata and have to say most impressive. Not only were flowers delivered free on Sunday but I was kept up to date every step of the way in a most amusing fashion by email. I knew that my friend would be phoning me as soon as I was informed that the flowers had been delivered. She loved them and they cheered her up a treat. Many thanks. I will use Serenata again for sure.”

“Great service! I ordered a bouquet late on a Saturday afternoon to be delivered to my aunt for her birthday on the Sunday. She phoned me at 11am to say they had arrived and were beautiful! I was really pleased that they had been delivered early in the day so they could be enjoyed. I will definitely use Serenata Flowers again.”

“I live in the Middle East and only ever use Serenata Flowers now for family birthdays, mothers day and just to say 'I Love You'. Their bouquets never cease to take my breath away. What you see is actually what you get. They also go the extra mile to deliver when unforeseen problems crop up. Which I am extremely thankful for.”

“Pleasant experience from initial Google search right through to delivery. The order was confirmed and followed up with regular status updates. Delivery was around 4 o’clock on the day using the local courier...and they delivered a beautiful bouquet. Highly recommended!”

“Recipient not home.. flowers dumped on porch for 2 days... no water of course and the administration thought it was okay to do so!! I had to ASK for an apology! I am South African the Rand is 17 to 1... I paid a pretty penny for rubbish service. They could have left a note so my family could have called when they returned!”

“I ordered flowers & paid for them, for my mums 80th birthday a week before the date, then the day before I was informed by email {which was not read until the day of the birthday} that the flowers were out of stock and would be delivered 2 days later. I am totally not satisfied with your service which ruined my gift to my mum for her birthday. I have since cancelled the order & am awaiting a refund which as of present has not been done. I will not be using Serenata flowers again.”
