“There was complete stuff up on delivery. The flowers I ordered from New Zealand for the anniversary of my sister's husband passing simply did not arrive. Very disappointing after all the email hype that Serenata send saying they are on their way and then they have been delivered. No they hadn't! No reason was given to why. No compensation for the stuff up was given. All the right things are said but this is not backed up by action. Also correspondence to your emails responding to my complaint do not allow a direct response but you have to go through loops to reply. Five days later another lot of flowers have arrived but this is simply not good enough. I have since found out that another sister has had trouble with Serenata so sorry I will not be using you again or recommending you to anyone including my local florist here in New Zealand. I would suggest that you also stop sending messages to my Facebook page as each one will be responded to with a negative comment and share.”

“Extremely poor company and service - avoid at all costs. Normally I use Interflora, as they are very reliable but they didn't have any slots available on this particular day. So, I ordered some flowers through Serenata for my Fiancee's birthday well in advance, as I was going to be away on business for her actual birthday. I paid extra for delivery before noon. On the day, it passed noon and it was still showing on the tracking as "at local depot". I contacted the company and they said that the courier had tried to deliver to the address but the delivery was not possible and they would reattempt the next day. After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing and excuses from them, I finally gave up, told them to cancel it and give me a refund. I went and spent a lot of money on sameday flowers which arrived no hassle (surprise surprise!). The next day, I had an email saying it had been delivered but when I rang my Fiancee, she said they hadn't. Took a lot of arguing to get a refund, absolutely shocking service! I genuinely don't know how they are still in business!”

“The delivery was very late on the day 4.20 pm (it was my Mum and Dads 60th wedding Anniversary) and the flowers were from my Dad who was getting anxious as the day went on that they were not going to arrive. When they arrived the roses were very droopy and looked sad. So he was disappointed. I had ordered them for him as they don't have internet access and I was equally getting anxious when he called me several times to say they hadn't arrived. I appreciate we didn't pay for early delivery as it was an extra £9.99 but I would have expected them soon after lunch time/early afternoon at the latest. Their special day was nearly over at 4.20pm.”

“There is a good range of bouquets at reasonable prices. It's always a gamble ordering on line, but my friend who received the flowers was delighted, saying how beautiful they were. There's also great communication from the delivery side too. Would recommend and use again!!”

“The flowers were delivered on the expected date. Flowers brilliant and in good condition to my husband but he did not like the taste if the cake, was not like what I expect , otherwise I recommend the serenata flowers.”
