“My order was taken and I even paid for same day delivery as it was a friends 40 th but it was never received by friend. They were quick to take my money and now I’m awaiting a refund. I only give 1 star which is for the customer service they felt with my issue quickly but as I say I’m waiting for the money back!!!!”

“Average. Flowers were ok but for the price I would have expected higher quality/more flowers, I could have done better from the supermarket. Also they delivered to reception and not to the ward I put on the address, luckily a staff member brought them up from reception otherwise they would have sat in a post room all weekend.”

“Sophie, my Grandaughters friend had just returned from hospital after receiving treatment for a back problem and was in a lot of pain so Serenata flowers cheered her up no end. She loved the choice and the wonderful colours.”

“I ordered White Orchid bouquet for my Sisters birthday, they're beautiful! Well packed, healthy, delivered on time and good value. I have been the recipient of this particular bouquet myself and they lasted 8 weeks! That's why I chose them for my Sister, as I knew they were lovely. She's happy, I'm happy, all good.”
