“The delivery was very late on the day 4.20 pm (it was my Mum and Dads 60th wedding Anniversary) and the flowers were from my Dad who was getting anxious as the day went on that they were not going to arrive. When they arrived the roses were very droopy and looked sad. So he was disappointed. I had ordered them for him as they don't have internet access and I was equally getting anxious when he called me several times to say they hadn't arrived. I appreciate we didn't pay for early delivery as it was an extra £9.99 but I would have expected them soon after lunch time/early afternoon at the latest. Their special day was nearly over at 4.20pm.”

“There is a good range of bouquets at reasonable prices. It's always a gamble ordering on line, but my friend who received the flowers was delighted, saying how beautiful they were. There's also great communication from the delivery side too. Would recommend and use again!!”

“The flowers were delivered on the expected date. Flowers brilliant and in good condition to my husband but he did not like the taste if the cake, was not like what I expect , otherwise I recommend the serenata flowers.”

“this is the 2nd time I have used your company and on both occasions the flowers were delivered promptly and exactly as ordered (this time with hand cream which she loved)- they are for my mother and I am in New Zealand so it is great to know that I can rely on you to deliver beautiful flowers when I need them. thank you”

“I booked flower as a surprise for my wife on a weekend break & they were delivered promptly & professionally to the hotel we were staying in. My wife was over the moon she loved the way the flowers had been arranged . Happy wife = happy me , thank you I will definitely use Serenata Flowers again.”

“The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and if the person had not delievered them to my friend at 8pm, she would not have got the flowers on the day. I emailed Serenata but they did not accept the delivery went to the wrong address. The flowers were ok. my friend emailed them and they serenta reply by saying they are dealing with the client. I did not get any reply to my email .”

“always delivered on time and fresh. i live in Arbroath in Scotland and have sent flowers to friends in Devon, Kent, Hertfordshire and the East end of London. On many occasions from deaths to happy birthdays or just to cheer a friend up when they are feeling blue. Will always recommend Serenata. Well done”

“my friend that you delivered to lives in a block, i was there all day waiting for your delivery but they never rang her door bell, they left them with the caretaker. so she had to go and collect them. i thought that was not good but apart from that the flowers were wonderful.”
