“my friend that you delivered to lives in a block, i was there all day waiting for your delivery but they never rang her door bell, they left them with the caretaker. so she had to go and collect them. i thought that was not good but apart from that the flowers were wonderful.”

“Delivered 2 days late with no explanation which totally spoilt our mothers birthday surprise. Got refunded a laughable £3! Hamper does NOT come with cup & saucer as shown in pic. Won't be using again!”

“Absolutely thrilled with my flowers that I sent to best friend ,they were delivered the following day and I had feedback through the processing of the delivery. I would most certainly use Serenata flowers again . And a very reasonable price for what you get”

“I ordered some flowers for a friend who was ill. They were delivered next day and I was notified of this. I have no idea what the flowers were like but my friend said they were beautiful. I would certainly use this company again. They gave me prompt next day delivery even though I ordered late at night and they are not too expensive. Well done Serenta Flowers.”
