“Absolutely appalling service! The flowers were a surprise for my mothers birthday which I was sending to her work, which I clearly stated on the order, then I was told they were going to be delivered late even though it was clear they were being delivered to a school. They then didn’t get delivered until the next day which then ruined the surprise and this was not what I paid for! Really bad communicaton all throughout by far the worst company I’ve ever used!”

“Not good on delivery as it took five days after ordering. Flowers already in full bloom and will not lasts long. Altogether poor sevice.”

“It was not clear when I ordered them that guaranteed next day is from 8-8pm so the flowers arrived at 7pm but the person has already left the office at 5.30pm :( I had to go out to get another bouquet at 5pm to make sure she get some flowers on that day. So I have to pay twice for the flowers :(”

“The flowers arrived on time to the right location, however, the images which you share on the website and the reality were extremely different which led to total disappointment from my part. I ordered 2 identical bouquets which did look the same but totally didn't meet my expectations of what I was expecting. I raised my complaint and was told that the flowers which were in the bouquet were correct but neglected to comment on the fact that it didn't look like the website - won't use you again, a really disappointing experience.”
