“My daughter is studying abroad this semester. I wanted to send her flowers. She received them by noon on the day I wanted them delivered. And they were absolutely beautiful! They brightened her day! Thank you very much!”

“Ordering was easy. The flowers were delivered the following day. I received notification of delivery. The recipient phoned me and was thrilled to receive the flowers which she said were beautiful. My experience with Serenata Flowers has been good and I would use them again.”

“Unfortunately I needed to change the delivery date, and was told this was impossible. You said I could give an alternative address, but then couldn't guarantee that address, and lo and behold the flowers were delivered to an empty house at the original address. Your customer service is terrible. Five times I asked the same question which was never satisfactory answered. Very disappointed in your company, and will never use you again.”

“I had never ordered flowers on line before and did not know this firm. My flowers were delivered promptly on a Sunday morning and gave great pleasure to the recipient. If I need to send flowers again I shall certainly use their efficient service.”

“They emailed me saying the flowers were successfully delivered, however I never received them. Now, I’m trying to track my order a day before valentines. I ordered a week early just so I can avoid this situation. What makes it worse is their customer service. They don’t provide a phone number to call them on. They make you type it on their website and even if you want to respond to an email their customer service sent, you ONLY can if you go back on their website and redo the whole thing again. It’s so annoying. Apparently it takes them 1-2 days just to talk to the delivery courier, so I’m anticipating that it will at least take a week to resolve this issue. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. They are very unprofessional and unwilling to help you.”
