“I have used Serenata twice in the last week for the first time and the recipients wee really pleased. the flowers looked great dn arrived when they had predicted and I think are excellent value for money. Thank you - I will be using you again!”

When the order had been received, when it was expected to be delivered, when it was in transit and when it had in fact been delivered. Great service, could not have been better. “I have used serenata previously and have never been disappointed. However the flowers I ordered for my mum this week were not as good as usual. They looked tired and listless. I ordered them on behalf of my father who passed away 6year's ago. I do feel let down.”
