“I found the ordering on line very easy and the flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. I have used Serenata before and would certainly use again. I was kept up to date with delivery details also. Very good service.”

“I have received lots of flowers from yourselves and flowers were beautiful. I got flowers yesterday and were very poor, the first ever. Usually very delighted but a bit disappointed this time.”

“Have always used serenta when ordering flowers on line and the recipients have as a rule been happy with them this time I sent 2 bouquets one of which I was very disappointed to see so much greenery and lack of flowers and they really are not worth £40”

“The flowers delivered were very scanty compared with the photo display. I paid for the happy birthday balloon but this was not supplied. The delivery man left the flowers on the floor outside the door despite my order saying knock hard for a response. Overall the service was poor.”

“The beautiful red roses I ordered for my daughter after her op were stunning she sent me a photo .This is the first time I've used Setenata I shall be using them again .My daughter uses them for Mothers day I've always been very impressed. THANK YOU SETENATA .”

“Excellent service, delivered at time they said and very reasonably priced with 10% off. So worked out I got my Get Well Card for free nearly. My Auntie was very happy with them. This is what she said “They're beautiful Ju X they'll last aswell xxx””

“I thought I had ordered the delivery for before noon but delivery did not come till 4.30pm The driver just left them in the stairway anyone could have picked them up lucky for me I was coming back from shops and found them myself I have booked flowers before for my daughter in oxford and have never had this problem before.”
