“Very Speedy delivery! Kept in contact from start to finish with a very funny message regarding the chauffeur service of the flowers! Can't wait to use Serenata again. Plus my best friend sent me a photo and they looked beautiful Thank you so much!”

“Firstly guys, do NOT click "grandissmo" at checkout (they really are not grandissmo)! Customer services at Serenata don't care about customer satisfaction. The most crappiest flowers ever, the flowers looked as though they were bought from a supermarket, packed in box and collected by DPD to deliver (hand on my heart, this is exactly how the flowers looked - DEAD) I made contact with customer services explaining how disappointed I was with the flowers, I even offered to post them back (as pictures can be deceiving) they responded sarcastically with "I am so sorry for the one flower...a refund of £3.50 will be credited to the account". I was shocked with that response, I didn't bother pursing this further as I knew they just don't give a monkey's about how the flowers looked as long as they got their money! Please don't waste your money here, purchase your flowers elsewhere.”

“Flowers arrived on time. My daughter sent photos - they were gorgeous. I received friendly emails to advise they were on there way and when they had arrived. No problem having delivery on a weekend either! Brilliant. Will be my go-to for flowers from now on. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered flowers from Finland to the UK to celebrate Mother’s Day. I paid for same day morning delivery and flowers were delivered the following day and according to the recipient (my mum), they were not in the best shape. I tried contacting customer services, but could only get an online messaging service through which I left a message with my complaint and requesting to be contacted ASAP so that the delivery can be amended to what I had paid for...no reply, no acknowledgement. Nothing. Will not be using this service again.”

“I was very disappointed to find that my flower delivery for a 6th birthday didn’t happen because the delivery driver was unable to knock on the door of the house 2 feet to the right. The delivery driver was told the house to deliver to was next door and the recipient was home but the delivery was marked as failed. I am now asked to pay half again to have the flowers re delivered. The birthday has now passed and the opportunity missed. Receiving Flowers should be special, it’s a shame the after care isn’t. I’ve waited days for a reply, and no one can be contactable by phone. Show some understanding please.”

“Flowers arrived 3 days late, missing the occasion they were purchased for despite being guaranteed for delivery within 24 hours. Serenata refused to refund me offering only 15%. As they had been sat with the courier for 4 days, the flowers were not up to standard (some of the roses were browning) and they were very dry. Won’t be using Serenata again.”

“I'm in the U.S. and I purchased flowers for my Aunt in the UK. The online order process is simple. They gave much needed updates on my order, when it was processed, shipped, and delivered. The have excellent customer service. they responded within a reasonable time and assisted me with my situation. Thanks Serenata Flowers! Will use again.”

“Flowers were not delivered on the day even though I paid extra for morning guarantee delivery. The most disappointing fact was their lack of effort to fix this as they were taken to the wrong address and they didn't attempt to deliver them to the correct address until the following day. That is a day after the receiver's birthday - not good enough and I definitely would not recommend or use their services ever again. No apologies were offered and of course no refund although I didn't ask and that wouldn't have changed anything.”

“Easy to order (only ordered for one) with a good selection at a range of prices, excellent proactive info about the delivery timing etc and recipient says the flowers are gorgeous. Dont personally like all the potential add ons although the cards are fine but overall its a very good service. Only suggestion wod be to increase the options for where flowers can be left in case recipient is out by adding 'behind the bin' or 'out of sight from street if possible'. Also dont know what happens to the flowers if they cant be left anywhere and the recipient is out.”

“Excellent service........I was very happy indeed. Wonderful choice of flowers. I will be using Serenata Flowers again. I can highly recommend the company. Thank you for being there for me, when I needed to send this special gift to surprise my dear friends, who had done so much for me. Sometimes appreciation for kindness needs to be acknowledged with speed, and speed is what I got when I came across Serenata Flowers. Yes I was very happy and so were my friends.”

“I felt it was a good service overall. My friend said the flowers I sent were very beautiful, although the instructions weren’t as good as they could’ve been. The standard card would be better if smaller and maybe more ‘card’ like too!”

“I wanted to send flowers to two different people on a Sunday, but found that there was no provision for two addresses so I emptied the basket logged in again and did each bunch, addressee and payment separately. I received two emails with complete details, and later a text informing me that my order couldn't be completed because the basket was empty - I thought this referred to my very first attempt at ordering. On the Sunday morning I was informed that the first bunch was on it's way so I logged in to find out what was happening with my second order. A message showed that it had been cancelled as the basket was empty. I contacted the support team and received an automated email. I was again informed that the transaction has been cancelled. I phoned Barclaycard to try to ascertain if two payments had been made, but the transactions were pending (probably because of the weekend). Meanwhile I heard from the first recipient that flowers had arrived and they were 'lush'! So thank you one very satisfied lady. I feel that if you could amend your form to allow different addresses as it's possible to purchase more than one bunch of flowers then I would not have had a problem. My solution was to transfer money to the bank account of the second recipient and ask them to get their own flowers, and a bottle of something nice. So really the surprise element was taken as I was anxious that something should be received that day.”

“I live in Australia and I wanted to give my daughter flowers for her birthday. My daughter lives in Newquay Cornwall. The flowers and chocolates I ordered for her were amazing and so reasonably priced. I would definitely use Senenata Flowers again and highly recommend them. Thankyou so much.”
