“Haven’t seen flowers but delivered late. Had email confirming delivery had been made on Saturday but they were not delivered until Monday which was too late. Won’t be ordering again”

“What went wrong? My flowers never been delivered to right place, on tracking says has been left at reception but there isn't reception at the building so flowers and chocolate gone don't know where. Not happy”

“Serenata delivers on Sundays which is rare. I received great communication around when the flowers were being delivered. I didn’t get to see what they looked liked but was told they were beautiful. I would definitely use the again.”

“Flowers were well liked. As I changed my mind before I placed my order the groupon code I had bought did not work and despite emailing I did not get help with this - the company saying I had redeemed my code, despite it still being active on Groupon. I was very disappointed. The card attached apparently said 'congratulations' but the ink had run out and it was spelt wrongly.”

“The flowers were ordered with an additional vase, despite charging us this was not delivered. We noted that they pride themselves on flowers lasting longer than others, on the same day my mother also received flowers from another supplier that are still going strong, the Serenata flowers are however well past their best. To top it of we followed up with Serenata flowers re the missing vase, they are going to refund the cost of the vase however it was ordered as particular colour to be a memory of the occasions, they are not able to supply the vase separately! Finally the complaints system is painful, after filing in a form online you receive an email however to reply you have to go back to the website and fill in another form rather than reply to the email with a case number or other more practicable approach that makes you feel as if they care.”

“I am here in the States, and my mother was visiting England and it was Mother's day and I only had a few hours left to place a flower order for her and Serenata Flowers were excellent on getting my order done in such a hurry, Mom got her flowers! Great professionalism done by Serenata staff! Good job!”
