“I am here in the States, and my mother was visiting England and it was Mother's day and I only had a few hours left to place a flower order for her and Serenata Flowers were excellent on getting my order done in such a hurry, Mom got her flowers! Great professionalism done by Serenata staff! Good job!”

“No attempt made to deliver flowers on date requested. Delivered day late having spent 24hrs at least in depot/DPD van, poor condition. Very disappointed recipient and customer. Customer service not interested in complaint. Told they were delivered. Totally ignore breach of contract re delivery of "perishable" goods. Used them several times before previously but never again. Seem very complacent, steer clear, far better companies out there.”

“The roses in the bunch were not good with over nine of the twenty dieing in the first few days, as I was in an hotel the dead roses were taken to the bin by the cleaners, so I was not able to photograph them. On complaining I was told that the roses were only guaranteed for 3 days. If I had known that then there was no way that I would have spent fifty pounds on what has now upset my wife on our golden wedding anniversary. Also on complaining in one reply the word ass was in the email probably meant to be add ?? Also another email said that they understand and agree but cannot anything”
