“I’ve used Serents a few times now and the flowers have always been well received & the feedback I get each time is always, “they’re beautiful!” 😊 very impressed! My only criticism is that the delivery driver left the flowers sent for my friends birthday yesterday in her BIN; luckily it wasn’t bin day and she got home before the intense heat wilted them. 😞”

“Efficient service with good updates on progress. When I saw the photo there seemed to be fewer freesias in the bouquet than seen on the website. The roses looked lovely and as per the photo. The recipient was delighted with them (they were a surprise) and as she didn't see the picture wasn't disappointed. Good value for money though.”

“Flowers were beautiful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because there was no card with flowers. Computer crashed at that point so used the Contact Us immediately after it accepted payment asking for card to be added and included message. So I felt that the Contact Us facility is a waste of time. I was disappointed that the greeting was not attached. Flowers and delivery were excellent.”
