“Difficult to comment on the product as it didn't arrive with no explanation, reason or apology. Tracking says "arrived at depot". Is that meant to satisfy me?”

“I came home to two answer phone messages from my mother whom l had sent flowers to for her birthday. She honestly sounded completely delighted with them. She described the flowers as amazing and extraordinary, being blue orchids. I'm thrilled that they have made her day and compelled to write this review, which l very rarely do. Very good value for money, great service and amazing quality. Thank you for making my mum happy :)”

“Not a good service this time. Ordered same day flowers on 08/05 - not delivered. You suggested an email went to my junk folder - no it did not. Flowers finally delivered 24 hours late - 09/05. This has caused me grief. Check all the emails I sent chasing this order.”

“ordered 2 bunches of flowers the lilly's were fab, the other bunch i got were like a bunch of weeds the price i paid did not reflect the flowers i got!”

“The flowers were delivered to the wrong hospital despite having the correct address. It took 3 days from the order to receiving them and I had to locate their whereabouts - no help from the company. I will certainly advise people not to use Serenata Flowers - extremely disappointing service.”
