“Flowers have not been delivered. Was promised delivery yesterday and they have still not been received by 8:32 pm today! Will not use you again!”

“I didn't order until 9.55pm and the flowers were delivered next day....brilliant! I was updated regularly about my delivery with very jolly emails and informed when delivered. Excellent service.”

“Delivered on time following day with emails giving me the status until delivery. The recipient was over the moon with the pink petals and my Mum loved the Tropical bouquet, so different and fresh.”

“Although the order was promptly delivered, the flower arrangement was disappointing. (My friends sent me a picture) I purchased the "Beautiful smile - grandisssimo" arrangement and it was not "grandissimo". There were only 5 roses (which is the same as the standard), no fresia, very little greenery, all diasies (no gerber daisies), and no alstromeria. The arrangement looked like it was placed together by someone who had no flower experience. This was my first experience with Serenata Flowers and will probably be my last.”

“We sent these flowers from the U.S. They delivered them on time. Our friends sent us a picture of the bouquet. They were beautiful. It was easy to order them online and the service was great.”

“Placed the order on Thursday for next day delivery. Flowers got delivered Friday at 6:30pm! These flowers were for someone special. They got delivered too late. Now the flowers are in the box in the mailroom over a long bank holiday weekend.”

“Ordered flowers on Wednesday for my aunt who losed her son . Still waiting on the delivery A disgrace as my credit card was charged right away. I live in Canada so was hoping to use this service more. Very unlikely now unless they prove me wrong and these flowers get delivered today,”

“We are still awaiting for flower ordered on wednesday of this week to be delivered to Tracy snow which was due to be delivered yesterday. No phone number where we can call is a poor business to deal with and will mot use again nor recommend”

“Flowers and birthday cake were lovely and appreciated by the recipient. I guess the hand cream I also ordered wasn’t in stock though, as chocolates were delivered instead. Unfortunately that meant my message in the card didn’t really make sense, but apparently the chocolates were enjoyed anyway.”
