“Ordering was easy. Email contact when needed. 1..to confirm order 2...to confirm out for delivery 3...to confirm once delivered. Were a Birthday gift recipient was vwry pleased and flowers very fresh and Beautiful”

“I bought flowers for my Mum's Birthday this time ,I have not seen them myself ,but she phoned to say they were absolutely lovely ,the flowers I bought this time were the twilight bouquet I ordered the largest this time and she said she could not believe how many there were, I have ordered a few times before and will always use Serenata Flowers Thank you so much p.s they always last at least two weeks or more because of being in bud which is really good too very happy”

“the flowers where left outside the basement flat and where not seen until the afternoon. They should have been delivered to the top flat. Weather i use your service again i am unsure.”

“The first bouquet I sent, the flowers were not as advertised. Not the quantity and the quality of the roses, so I complained and they sent out another bouquet the following day no quibble. Well done to them to make the customer feel appreciated and put the matter right on the spot. I would definitely use them again.”

“I’ve used serenata twice now, first time delays were due to bad weather and snow, the delivery man was very apologetic and my friend was very pleased with her surprise. Second time, flowers were delivered on time and my friend was over the moon. Good quality flowers that look lovely. I can’t fault the service and updates. Well done Serenata for providing a good and in expensive service. These flowers are already a week old”

“Although the order was promptly delivered, the flower arrangement was disappointing. (My friends sent me a picture) I purchased the "Beautiful smile - grandisssimo" arrangement and it was not "grandissimo". There were only 5 roses (which is the same as the standard), no fresia, very little greenery, all diasies (no gerber daisies), and no alstromeria. The arrangement looked like it was placed together by someone who had no flower experience. This was my first experience with Serenata Flowers and will probably be my last.”
