“This website is amazing for someone who studies/lives away from home - I wasn't able to spend time with my mum on her birthday but sent flowers, a card and a balloon from university. The flowers were beautiful and my mum loved them. They arrived the next day, which was great!”

“This was the third time I've used Serenata but the first time I'd actually seen the flowers ordered. The size and quantity of the flowers provided for £40 was extremely disappointing although I am hoping that the display will improve as some of the buds come into bloom. The admin and organisation was - as previously - very good.”

“MY SISTER DID ENJOY RECEIVING THE FLOWERS BUT AS THEY WERE DYED BLUE THEY WERE DRIPPING BLUE DYE ONTO HER FLOOR WHEN SHE TOOK THEM OUT TO PUT IN A VASE!”

“First time using Serenta for my best friends Birthday...... Choosing was the hardest part. And such great prices too WOW! It sure won’t be the last. Flowers arrived the next day in a wonderful box and my friend was over the moon with the bouquet From the photo she sent it was beautiful all in bud and looking really fresh. Thank you all.”

“These were sent to my friends Nan who hasn’t been at all well, she was absolutely thrilled with them. I ordered on the Sunday and they were with her next day just after lunch great service!”

“Sent to my aunt who sent this picture. They look just like the one I ordered. She is delighted. Ordering and delivery were quick and easy and I knew just when they were being delivered. my aunt says there are lots of buds on the stems. I hope they open, as per another review I read. Thank you.”
