“First time using Serenta for my best friends Birthday...... Choosing was the hardest part. And such great prices too WOW! It sure won’t be the last. Flowers arrived the next day in a wonderful box and my friend was over the moon with the bouquet From the photo she sent it was beautiful all in bud and looking really fresh. Thank you all.”

“These were sent to my friends Nan who hasn’t been at all well, she was absolutely thrilled with them. I ordered on the Sunday and they were with her next day just after lunch great service!”

“Sent to my aunt who sent this picture. They look just like the one I ordered. She is delighted. Ordering and delivery were quick and easy and I knew just when they were being delivered. my aunt says there are lots of buds on the stems. I hope they open, as per another review I read. Thank you.”

“The flowers were sent to a very special friend for her birthday. I haven't seen them but she told me whilst the flowers were nice there were 45 pieces of greenery!! I felt this was a bit excessive..... is this normal? Not sure I want to order from you again if this is so.”

“Very easy to order the flowers and gifts I wanted and guaranteed next day delivery - even when it was a Sunday I wanted them delivered! I was kept in the loop about times for delivery and very pleased with the flowers they were gorgeous!”

“I sent flowers to a dear friend who’d just lost her mother. They cost £35. They arrived already turning brown and moist, which proved that they were sent out at that late stage. I was very embarrassed and disappointed”
