“I requested that the flowers I had delivered to my mother-in-law Mrs Brenda Olding, be delivered with a neighbour. The flowers were delivered by Yodel, who left them on the front door step in view of everyone. I think this is disgusting, I clearly requested that they be delivered to a neighbour, if there was no reply. My mother-in-laws neighbour thankfully saw them and also she has proof on her camera what this Yodel driver did. What is the point of asking a customer to request where the want their flowers delivered, and as you can see from my order I requested they be left with a neighbour. l”

“The beautiful 'Bright Posy' was a delight, larger than we expected and bursting with fresh flowers, plus it was delivered promptly with a nice card attached (we wanted a slight alteration to the wording we had chosen and a quick email to Serenata made this possible). We shall definitely use Serenata again for any occasion when we want to send flowers and will certainly recommend them to friends and relatives.”

“When the flowers arrived, i got a call saying the reef was beautiful also liked spray. That meant a lot to me, as they where for an Aunts funeral and it was my Uncle that phoned. Thank you .”

“I ordered an orchid to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. I made the order 10 days in advance to be sure it arrived. The took my order and confirmed it would be delivered. It was not delivered on the requested day. No one contacted me. The next day i contacted them to enquire about it. They refunded 15% of the cost and said they could deliver the following day. I cancelled the order as my friend would be away. They refunded the full amount. The customer service was quite good and they did refund me but i did not have my flower delivered by this company which was very disappointing.”

“i live in the States and it was great to have notifications regarding delivery. My friend took photos of the flowers and they were beautiful and just like the sample photos you choose from. Thank you, and yes I will be using you again!”
