“I sent my Mum some flowers, not for an occasion but just to let her know how much she means to me. The flowers were beautiful she said. The only thing she did say was that the delivery driver just dropped them on her step and did not wait for her to open the door. If she has not been in they would have just been there on her step not left safe at all?”

“Having used your services in the past with no problems I have been left a bit disappointed by the latest delivery to my work colleague who turned 50. The head of one of the sunflowers had come off and had been wrapped in the vase cellophane and the yellow roses were tinged with brown, past their freshest.”

“Delivered on time and were beautiful (despite it being on Sunday in East London) - in fact the flowers were even better than I had imagined. Both I and my daughter were extremely happy with my purchase.”

“Website could be clearer to explain if a vase comes with the flowers as in the picture or not please. Otherwise everything was fantastic. The flowers arrived at the time they said they would and vase I bought and flowers looked fantastic and just like the picture. Thank you”

“I sent flowers to my daughter in law and they arrived in good time on Saturday, by Monday two of the roses were dead and by the Wednesday all the roses were dead as well as the greenery”

“after ordering the bouquet I was very disappointed to see them once they had been delivered. I feel as if I would have been better going to a super market to buy them. i hope other customers will read this feedback before using the website. When you are reliant on a product image to buy products through the internet, you can appreciate when when whats delivered isn't what you believe you have purchased.”

“We sent these flowers to our neighbour for looking after our house while we were on holiday. They were left at the wrong house and this wan not discovered until we came back from holiday. The box they came in was soaked though and the presentation was not the best. Very disappointed.”

“lovely full bouquet, delivered on time but already tinged brown on top of six roses. one day later more brown tinge appeared. would have been five stars apart from this. wife happy with the thought and that's what counts.”
