“I sent flowers to my daughter in law and they arrived in good time on Saturday, by Monday two of the roses were dead and by the Wednesday all the roses were dead as well as the greenery”

“Superb service ordered at 9-30pm and they were delivered by 1pm the following day which provided me with a get out of jail card as I had forgot it was my girl friends birthday”

“after ordering the bouquet I was very disappointed to see them once they had been delivered. I feel as if I would have been better going to a super market to buy them. i hope other customers will read this feedback before using the website. When you are reliant on a product image to buy products through the internet, you can appreciate when when whats delivered isn't what you believe you have purchased.”

“We sent these flowers to our neighbour for looking after our house while we were on holiday. They were left at the wrong house and this wan not discovered until we came back from holiday. The box they came in was soaked though and the presentation was not the best. Very disappointed.”

“lovely full bouquet, delivered on time but already tinged brown on top of six roses. one day later more brown tinge appeared. would have been five stars apart from this. wife happy with the thought and that's what counts.”

“I sent flowers for my 93 year old aunt's birthday. Serenata kept me informed when the gift was on its way and when it had been delivered. She was absolutely thrilled with her flowers. I would definitely use Serenata again.”

“The flower/plant basket was all broken and smashed. The recipitent has arranged a replacement, but I have been trying to contact them about my upset and dissatisfaction , only to get constant list reading replies, and told they do not call customers”

“Excellent service ordered a bouquet late afternoon on Sunday and got them delivered by Monday afternoon. There was a great choice at reasonable prices. Definitely will be recommending to my friends and family.”

“I live in Barcelona (Spain), and my sister in London. In Catalonia (region of Spain to which belongs Barcelona) the 23rd of April is celebrated Sant Jordi giving as a present a Rose and a Book. I bought to Serenata Flowers a Yellow Rose to send to my sister job in that day with a message. My sister received the Rose,fresh and in time in the morning. She was very surprised and excited. And I want to thank you for doing everything perfect.”
