“The flowers were perfect and very well received, however the card that was delivered witht they was soaking wet and virtually ruined. Hopefully this was just a one off case as would love to use them again!”

“Ordered flowers on Tuesday for Friday delivery by end of business hours to a high-rise tower in London. Got a notification around 3pm that they had been delivered and contacted my recipient to see what she thought around 5pm. She said she never received any flowers! I'm SO disappointed as these were ordered to celebrate her engagement. My guess is the delivery person was lazy and didn't bother going upstairs to deliver them. He just left them with some front doorman and called it a day and they forgot about them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.”

“Beautiful bouquet, my mum was over the moon with them. The delivery driver left them where he normally leaves items for them. Email communication was extremely good re: dispatch and delivery. Would definitely use again.”

“Dur to information provided I was able to follow the process from shop to delivery. Although I didn't see the flowers in person as the order was placed in Australia,from all reports the flowers were as shown on Serenata Flowers web site.”

“The basket of flowers I ordered for my friend’s birthday was just beautiful. Not too expensive and the blooms were gorgeous. They were delivered exactly at the time indicated and I was informed by text when they had been accepted. Very happy with this service.”
